We were having some difficulties filing our returns this year. We spoke with Pooja and she kindly helped us with the entire process. She is very patient and understanding and identified some issues that I had with previous years. She explained the process clearly during our first call and then worked with us every step, explaining each step clearly. Thanks to Pooja, my tax returns was filed correctly and on time. It was a good experience and I will definitely go back to her in the future.

Super, super kind and helpful staff. My family had some issues with our taxes yesterday and were very stressed, but H&R Block were there to support us and explained everything very nicely. We were there until past 10:30 even though they closed at 9 and all of the staff were very patient and helpful. Everything was completed in the matter of less than 2 hours. Extremely speedy service. We are so thankful, and will definitely be back next year!!! Thank you so much!update: we went back. they were great.

I will never ever go through these people ever again its all bs and its pretty sad that they want to send massive refunds in checks to ur address I think they can do something about it but won't I will never ever ever go through them again

Very helpful and kind staff, employees are delightful and extremely fast. They were able to finish 3-years worth of tax returns in 1 day, I would have definitely missed the deadline without their help and timeliness. I was helped by Dapali, she is a very sweet lady and walked me through my return!

Got charged $150 for a $220 tax return definitely stay away and use TurboTax or something else that doesn’t take away so much from your hard earned money
