We travelled with our Mercedes Sprinter camper van from The Netherlands in Canada. After two hours of driving Canada it unfortunately broke down. We ended up in Moncton where we had a great experience with the Mercedes Benz dealer there. They were very helpful, friendly and gave us great service. They made sure the parts that we needed came in as quick as possible and created space in their schedule to make the repairs possible. Because of them we were able to get back on the road as soon as possible. We would definitely recommend going here.

I waited a few weeks to write this review to make sure I wasn't missing something, or that maybe this was their actual policy but after speaking with several other dealers its clear its not.After working with one of their sales reps to purchase a new GLC suv we had worked out the spec and features and colors etc.. the only thing was they where short on inventory and with my busy work schedule I rarely had time to go in for a test drive.So the sales rep worked out that I would drive in and leave my car there and take one of their GLC models for a quick test drive and then return and get my car.As soon as I arrived nobody would acknowledge me, nobody was even busy doing anything they where just standing there. Eventually i get the attention of one of the sales reps who comes up to me and I explain my situation and he goes sure let me go get you that. Then his supervisor or manager calls him over and then suddenly the policy is that they never do test drives. EVER. the only way to buy a car there per there sales manager was to buy the car out right and then you can drive it.When I explained I had emails and several phone conversations from their sales rep explaining I would get to test drive the car they ignored it and said I can only drive it if I buy it and refused to even let me see the car.I left and went to Audi who not only let me test drive the car but also provided excellent customer service during the entire buying process. Bought a new Audi Q5 and my girl got a new Q3, they lost out on over 120k in car sales that day. Not including future maintenance and referrals.If your considering this benz dealer I would Highly recommend driving down the road to Audi for a much better experience

LOVING MY MERCEDES......When I purchased my first (and not last) Mercedes in June 2022 from Daniel I did not realize it would come with meeting such a stand up hard working new friend. From the very beginning of my inquiries and questions Daniel was there to make my purchase a truly great experience and handled it with so much attention to detail right down to the day of pick up - making it a special experience. It is true that customers are brand loyal because of their experience and I was welcomed like family. Truly love my car!!! Thank Daniel.

Worst customer service I’ve seen from a dealership. Have been trying to order a simple part for over a week but they don’t follow through. They don’t answer the phone majority of the time. Staff will say they completed a task but didn’t actually do it. Lots of passing the buck at this location. It’s been a huge waste of time and a huge annoyance and the part is still not ordered. Save yourself the grief and deal with Halifax Mercedes who had the part ordered in 2 minutes.EDIT: can’t respond to the dealership’s response so will here - I’ve literally tried for a week, calling everyday. Most times phone wasn’t answered. Other times was sent to a voicemail of a rep, but phone calls were not returned. Reception said they’d pass on the message to call back when I did get through, but they either didn’t, or the parts desk ignored message. After a week of calling at least twice a day, never getting through to anyone who I wanted to talk to, we tried Halifax Mercedes and had the part ordered in 2 minutes. The couple times anyone answered, they were rude. I will be going to Halifax from now on.

I recently purchased a pre-owned car from your dealership on April 26th.The vehicle in question was a 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe XL.Let me start by saying the sales experience was great and the car was as described. I did not dicker or try to negotiate the price at all. They only thing I asked our salesman to have done prior to pick up was wash the vehicle and fix a rattle from a rear sun visor shade on the driver’s side back door. It rattled at highways speeds. Upon pick up the car was washed and he said the shop had put two way tape to correct the rattle of the rear sun visor.The following week the salesman sent a message asking how everything was going and I mentioned the rear visor still had the rattle issue. He offered to have this fixed if we would like to drop the vehicle off. We scheduled an appointment for the following week and dropped the car off on the 12th of May. My wife dropped it off on her way to work and picked it up at 4:45pm on her way back home. Upon her arrival I went out to see if the visor was still loose only to find a very disappointing service job done to the vehicle. I immediately sent a message to the salesman along with pictures. I have attached the pictures for your review. The three issues (two of which you can see in the pictures and one I would have to show in in person) are. The technician heated the visor up I am assuming in an attempt to soften the adhesive tape but it ended up warping the visor itself which is what made me look closer. Upon closer inspection you can clearly see he also cracked the visor. Now I am not saying things do not happen when a technician works on a vehicle but I would have expected the employee to advise the service manager of the issue and said service manager should have called me explaining the issue. I am sure we could have come to a speedy resolution. The third issue is the visor was also reinstalled incorrectly way to far forward. Now anytime you open the front driver’s front door it hooks on the rear visor and rubs.I had asked the salesman to have someone call me, he informed me Mr. Syed would be in contact to have everything corrected. That was May 13th. I again spoke to the salesman on the 14th and he said he would make another request to have someone call me.On the 17th again I sent a message to the salesman asking if he had heard anything back on the issues. He informed me he had exhausted all his efforts to have this issue resolved but was at a loss as to how to proceed.I am just writing to express my disappointment in regards to this situation. To turn a customer that was giving rave reviews to friends and family for the service your salesman had given my wife only to have it all turn sour over a rear window vent with a cost of what I am assuming is less than one hundred dollars including labor is unimaginable to me. The lack of follow up by Mr. Syed speaks volumes. I wish him the best in his future endeavors but I can guarantee Mr. Syed will not be selling me a vehicle in the future. You know what they say it takes a lot to wow a customer which the salesman had done for my wife. It is unfortunate that the lack of after sales service by Mr. Syed made the salesman’s effort pointless.I would like to add if you can’t trust a technician to correctly install a window visor I can just imagine the things they do that are hidden from plain site.I did finally receive a follow up email on May 25th but after two weeks since my comlpaint I had already ordered the visors myself and have since had the replacement installed by a reputable service department.Thank you for the lack of after sales service, it will not go unforgotten.

Pros:-Pre-sale and sale service is excellent.-My 2021 GLE 450 is a great drive (so far).Cons:-After-sale service is terrible. Don't expect timely follow-ups or any form of accountability. The general manager's solution for all customer service problems (including some of the worst car dealership service I've ever received 20+ years) is staff coaching".-Their 2 best sales people have left in the last year. Staff retention and recruitment seems to be an issue

Wow! Good service then poor service! Our sons visited to get a MVI and tire change for summer.MVI not done because the tires would need replaced in a month but car passed on the day of visit and tire ordered. Secondly winter tires were noted to have a nail in them. Instead of fixing the punctured tire it was put in a bag and placed in car. Luxury car or dealership ... I think not! Note in service reports states wheels are damaged and may cause vibrations but no message to us as consumers.Needless to say that consistency is KEY. Followers might want to come West for better service!

Very nice dealership, Yvan Laviolette was our salesman, he took the time to make a video of the car we were interested in, going over the deals, trade etc, and following up on our delivery and making sure everything was good, Went over the functions of the vehicle and all the excellent gadgets the new mercedes comes with. We had an issue with our sprinter van while traveling from North Carolina to Newfoundland. The first Mercedes dealer we called was not at all helpful. Fortunately, we tried the Moncton location next and they were outstanding! The service manager was particularly helpful and efficient. They ordered our part and worked us into the schedule in just a few days. We were able to get back to our vacation quickly and painlessly. Thank you to all the staff!

Worst customer service ever, scamming as well. Went there 2 times: My first time there they made me pay a lot of money for simple checking like the CarPlay -> 75$, check door lock system (everything were fine and I didn’t know there was a child safety system for the door) and for that they charged me 159.99$ and the list goes on… I talked to my dealership Mercedes Montreal and they even told that it was an exaggeration what they did and my last time there they ordered some parts for my car and charged me more than the price they ordered for, my beverage was damaged as well on my first appointment there and they claimed to not be responsible of it. I tried to inspection, they charged but couldn’t give me the inspection bcz they found a bulge on my tire and had to be replaced, I didn’t do it and got it checked at Canadian tire and they told me everything was fine. Will never go there anymore. Don’t recommend to no oneIf u love ur car and don’t wanna spend too much for nothing go to Canadian tire or somewhere else not there
