Great indoor place to take kids of all ages! Separate area for kids 3 and under with climbing area and toys. Area for bigger kids has climbing area with sitting area for parents (although parents are allowed to go on the equipment with their child) and there is a large matted area with yoga balls as well. Plus they have a snack bar! It's really a nice place to go for kids to let out some energy!

Staff do not monitor the toddler play area at all. Went there today, and there were several kids at least 6-12 years old running through the area where the babies play. They were slamming the gate probably every 30 seconds in and out of the zone, and playing unsafely in an area designated for toddlers under 3 years old. It’s like you pay your way, and then may the odds be in your favour.Some people were not wearing socks which is unhygienic, and frankly gross.Would be nice to have staff actually monitor things, and follow up with people instead of just standing behind the snack counter staring out the window chatting.I definitely do not feel my infant is safe playing here.

Clean, bright, and fun place to play inside. Reasonably priced. Parents and baby sibs free. Some obvious dangers which are not addressed (tripping hazards etc) though which is why I chose “3”. I addressed my concerns with the staff who stared awkwardly at me and said “ok” very unfriendly-like. Otherwise decent facility for kids 5+. It is too rowdy for my daughter at this point though (almost 4) as she was clobbered to tears repeatedly by very large children and is too old for their baby/toddler area. Probably won’t be back for a few years for that reason. But will give it another go when she is older for sure.

We took my kiddos here when I had an appointment in the city. It's nothing fancy but is a pretty decent indoor playground.Staff was nice but not overly friendly.Lots of snack and drink choices at a reasonable price.Some things were repaired" with duct tape and made it look a little run down.Loved the separate toddler play area

My son celebrated his 6th birthday at Kidtastic this weekend and we could not have been happier. We were met at the door immediately and directed to our room. It was clean and ready before our start time, and with a tray of juice boxes and bags of chips. The fact that the kids could have fun on the equipment, or have a rest and snack back in the room was perfect. The price was great and they even include passes to return at another time. We couldn't have asked for more. Thank you so much for a very successful birthday party, Kidtastic!

Really great time for the kids, excellent and clean facility. Brought my two year old and six month old, the two year old was able to play in both the toddler area and some parts of the area for older kids. We spent several hours here without her getting bored. The six month old was able to practice crawling on the large mat in the gym as well as play with the toys in the area for younger kids.

Brought my 1 year old here for the first time this week! I love how much room there is in the facility, how clean and organized it was, and that there is a designated toddler area. She was a big fan of the toddler play structure, and probably would’ve played on it the entire visit! I was beyond amazed with our experience, and needless to say we will definitely be returning!

Staff is always friendly and it’s cool they offer after hours events (nerf , dodge ball, paint nights etc). I know you can’t please everyone just wish they patrolled the area more often. I miss the amount of seating availability offered at the last location.
