Canadas Best Value Inn Toronto
A quick and easy place to crash by. Room looks clean, however, I found a couple of hair under the sheet. The place still replaces complimentary breakfast with coffee and tea due to Covid, but covid restrictions now are long lifted. Its location also doesn't have anything to do or explore.

My wife and I stay here. Truly the best experience. Preferred over fancy hotels and it's not a run-down or shady location like most motels in the area. We both smoke (not indoors obviously) but we definitely appreciate the cleanliness of the suites (zero foul odors and everything is spotless). I do wish the price was a little lower (we generally pay $155 after taxes for one night) but it is so worth it. Wish there was an option to accommodate her tiny lapdog however!

I have been staying here regularly for the last few years. The staff has been really good to me. I have mobility issues and the staff always takes care oh me. The rooms are simple but very clean and the beds are comfortable. There is a lot of really good places for food 5 minutes away. There is a Timmy's right next door. You would have to pay a lot more to move up to the next level hotel. This place is a really good deal for the money.

Customer service was non-existent to resolve an issue. Issue shouldn’t have happened since we called ahead, but nothing on record. Hotel reception made us call customer service line; listening on speaker that we were unable to get through to the customer service agent (automated line hanging up, can’t speak to an operator); offered no assistance or solutions. Asked them to call for us, or some other way to help resolve… Nope. Awful experience.

DO NOT stay in room 231. This room is very very small and borders the busy road with a single pane window. And it is right next to the door leading to the stairs.It was horribly loud all night. Every time someone came up the stairs, it sounded like they were trying to enter my room!My friend who travelled with me received a beautiful room in a quiet area. Given that it was off season, I have no idea why I received such a terrible room. This room, given it's location and size, should not even be available to rent. Do not recommend. Very disappointed.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Comfy beds, bug-free (we checked), good shower and in a convenient location. Free coffee and juice in the lobby and I noticed they have a coin laundromat on site. Vending and ice machines are available with a good selection. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay for 5 of my friends from Europe. They all praised the general cleanliness and comfortable beds. One suggestion is to have at least one outlet in the room with usb ports for devices to be charged. All staff was helpful and friendly. No complaints at all.

The people where so great it was a very nice room we would stay here again!We did find the window was to thin we could hear a truck outside on and off all night with the time change it was an issue but we managed.The temperature was to hot or way to cold but everything else was good I loved the free coffee!! And it was in a good location for us!

Room was small but sufficient for 2, twas neat and clean. No elevator and told day before that there would be no breakfast, turndown service, or pool etc because of covid rules is my only complaint. Tim Hortons is nearby however
