C & R Kayaks

Bought two kayaks and one paddleboard from Rob. He is a great guy and has incredible products for the incredible prices!

Our family is new to kayaking and paddle boarding when we came across C&R kayak. Rob is so easy to deal with, no pressure, patient, responsive, and knowledgeable. You will be pleased checking out his shop and all the water fun stuff he has to offer. We ended up getting some light weight paddles and an awesome Fiberglass paddle board. We had a great experience, highly recommended!

I bought a SUP from Rob last year, about June. This year when I inflated it, there was a leak at a seam. I got in touch with Rob about patching it. He offered and did replace it at no cost. He even gave me a newer model. I was not looking for that at all. He was amazing! Excellent Customer Service, nice people. Deal with trust.

I just bought a beautiful Driftwood Kayak last week. Rob was awesome to deal with and very helpful in assisting with all the options available. Took it out last weekend and realized that I wish I had a kayak with a rudder a long time ago. Thanks a lot Rob for a great experience!

In looking for a couple of recreational kayaks, my wife contacted Rob after seeing a number of positive Google reviews. We were both VERY impressed with Rob's customer service! He responded quickly to emails with initial enquiries and continued to answer questions promptly all the way through the process. He patiently showed us how to properly secure the kayaks on the top of our vehicle using J-hooks, helping us do it for the first time upon pick-up of the kayaks. I strongly recommend C&R Kayaks!

Great service from rob and great kayaks. He helped my boyfriend install our new roof rack and j hooks to strap the kayak on the car, was in consistent communication with us about when our kayaks were arriving and overall very pleasant to deal with. We love our strider kayaks and have already used them a ton. Kayas are very stable and great for beginners, we love them a lot. Thank you C&R kayaks!

There is not enough good things I could say about Rob. It's one thing to do your own research but after speaking with Rob and being educated about the differences he really helps you understand the product. Furthest thing from pressure sales, he really wants you to make sure the right product for the right person so you can really enjoy the liesure activity. Without hesitation I would recommend Rob to anyone trying to get into the hobby. Plus it's nice to support local! Don't forget to ask for some local guides on where to get your hobby started.

I would give more stars if I could! Friends and I had been searching for kayaks for a while. When we saw C&R's Facebook posts, I quickly messaged the owner, Rob - and was thrilled when he responded within minutes. From our initial IM conversations, to our socially-distanced and safety complaint visit to his shop - I was blown away with Rob's responsiveness, helpfulness and lovely friendly nature. My friend and I each bought boats and Rob offerred to store them for us until we could get ourselves set up with roof racks. When I waffled a few weeks later and asked if I could get the kayak in a different colour - he was all over it, even going out of his way to change his upcoming order so I could get the colour I was asking for. Keep in mind that Kayaks have been a hot-ticket item in the past year - so finding and ordering one at a reasonable price for excellent quality it a lot harder than you would think. But not if you get in touch with Rob first. I guarantee, you'd be so glad you did. This level of friendly services is really hard to find - especially when it's a seller's market. Thank you Rob!!!
