Bumper to Bumper - Auto Parts

Good place for auto parts. Always have everything I need in stocks. Prices are good, selection excellent. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The location is out of the way for Kitchener Waterloo, so they don't get too much walk in traffic. Much better than Cdn. Tire. No waiting, parts pros behind the counter!

I have nothing but great things to say about the staff & parts I’ve bought from bumper to bumper.I was a Napa guy but after a local mechanic told me a part I needed for a truck & they I should get it at bumper to bumper I’ve switched.It’s clean, always a couple guys at the desk ready to help.I’m about done a 1979 dodge W150 rebuild and they’ve been the spot for parts. Others just don’t bother with older vehicles but they do & have a selection (different price points).I had a bearing to replace when doing my front rotors & after looking online I thought I could do better then their best price. They gave me the part number, I ordered it(& some other parts) from rock auto & after the exchange rate & shipping the cost was even. I’d rather support a local place so I won’t use Rock Auto if Bumper to bumper offers it.I appreciate their customer service and fair prices.

One of the guys at the front desk should be fired, bought a part they said was compatible with my car and when it didn’t work properly for my vehicle, they said it was my fault for not checking myself and would not refund me. Stay far away from this place, any other parts store would take the part back if it was not working properly especially when they said it was compatible for my vehicle. Unbelievable save yourself the hassle and go to a place that has proper customer service.
