I would like to recommend Just Foundations Ottawa very highly indeed. We were very pleased with the repairs to correct the water leak in the basement wall. Repairs were required to the interior and exterior down to the weeping tile. Scott explained very clearly and professionally what would be required, He and his team carried out the repairs in a very efficient manner, and left the work site clean and in good shape. Everyone was very pleasant to deal with. We would certainly call on Scott again if some new project called for his services.

I had some parging repairs done for crumbling corners around my garage, very happy with end product and the fact they were able to squeeze me in within 2 days after agreement of work to be done. It was a quick fix but looks 100% better.

Recently I found cracks in my house foundation. My search for a company that would fix this problem led me to an Ottawa company “Just Foundations Ottawa”. This company did an impressive work fixing those cracks from the outside and inside. Even more: there is an interlock around my house. The company removed the portion of the interlock, in the places next to cracks, and after fixing the cracks, they restored the interlock back to its original beauty! All my neighbors were impressed by this company work and they expressed an interest to hire them to fix their foundation problems. We recently contacted Scott when we found a large crack in our basement foundation that was both inside and outside. Scott contacted all the services and made the arrangements to have the area marked which saved us the hassle of having to do it ourselves. His crew showed up on time to dig out the side of the foundation down to the weeping tile and had it done very quickly. His crew came back the next day to do the repair on the foundation wall and worked hard to get it done properly and as quick as possible. Scott even provided us with pictures showing every stage of the work. They were very respectful throughout the whole process and left our yard neat and tidy. We are pleased with the whole experience and would highly recommend Scott and his team to anyone with foundation issues.

In August 2019, I finally got around to attending to some needed parging work that was badly required along the front of my house. Within a week, the master artist “MATT” arrived and performed his magic that instantly restored the beautiful curb appeal back to our home. I have had a parade of people knock on our door to inquire about this work. Can’t thank you enough, JUST FOUNDATIONS. My only regret is that I did not or should not have waited so long to have you come to perform your MAGIC. Shame on me!
