Our balcony urgently needed a temporary support beam. I had contacted 10 other contractors in an effort to find someone to help us, with no success. Incredibly, only two days after I initially contacted Alexandre, he came and fixed it on a holiday Monday! He is kind, thoughtful, friendly and efficient. He even took the time to make the temporary fix look beautiful. We definitely would not hesitate to work with Alexandre again on future projects!
