I'm very disappointed about the honesty of the staff. I told a worked they were out of nacho cheese, the worker told her manager who then said audibly it's not busy now

Always closed after 12:00 am or 1 am. They are 7-11 they’re not suppose to close. It’s been like this for as long as I can remember actually. Covid has got nothing to do with it. Their excuse is that only one employee is on shift at that time and they’re not allowed to have their doors open for business due to “safety”reasons. Much like how and why gas stations close their doors only the gas stations have a service window for customers so that they can still stay open for people

Very organized and clean! Staff is also super friendly. Coffee seems to be always fresh and the shelves organized. I always find what I need. Other locations don't seem to have the same level of care that this one does. It's worth stoping by to get whatever you need at a good price!!!

Employees friendly, place standard for establishment. Weird error in flavour of Pepsi Slurpee, had to dispose without finishing, harsh metallic flavour.

I was in the store at 9:10pm May 2, 2023. A customer knocked about 20 paper coffee cups onto the floor. He picked several up, with his visibly soiled hands. After he left, a store employee picked up all of the cups - all of which had been on the floor and some of which had also been handled by someone, and PUT THEM ALL BACK INTO THE DISPENSER! Disgusting. Don't buy a coffee here!

Staff are great. But this is advertised as a 24hr location and they always close at randoms times. I understand modifying hour for covid, but there is no effort made to communicate this change in closing time to customers.

Came in today for free slurpee day which is always, understandably, a gong show and must be quite difficult for the staff. That being said, the lady at the register was quite rude to my wife and I. We came in for the free slurpees and then were told we needed a card. So we asked how we could get the card. She then proceeded to help several people in line after us and ignored us for several minutes until another worker came by. He was very helpful and had everything wrapped up in a matter of moments while the first employee still ignored us completely.

Me and my girlfriend drove all the way from Nanaimo to Victoria to come to the specific store at 1am to get a drink she really likes that we couldn't find anywhere else at this time. The worker said that because it was only him working and there wasn't a second worker he was unable to open the door for us. However while driving by occasionally to look for the other 7-elevens in the area to see if they had the drink we noticed some people coming and going from inside. And when we parked to try again he just said no to us even though we just watched a customer leave with groceries he had just purchased. The date and time of this was Wednesday January 19th at 3:30am. Its really annoying because we noticed that about 5 7-elevens in the area this evening were all closed with one or two employees sitting inside due to reason such as not enough staff or till not working. Which leaves me wondering why they don't just send the employees to the next store over as they are roughly 6 minute walks from each other or 1 minute drives.

This is the best 7-11 in Victoria. The staff are always nice and even go out of their way to chat with you and ask about your day, they take note of regulars. It is a pleasure to get a quick coffee here, which I do frequently. It's also awesome, because where else can you get a refill for .50 cents.This 7-11 is far better than the one on Government St. and is only a few minutes away, I would highly recommend walking the extra distance to go to this one instead. The Government St 7-11, the employees act like you arent even there, they try and charge you prices that they seem to just make up at the till. Save yourself the experience and go to the one on Douglas St.
