We have nothing but positive things to say about our experience with The Spa Shoppe! We ended up with a few issues with our swim spa and have been blown away at how helpful everyone at the shop has been! And so quick to ensure our spa is up and running (which it is)! Thanks so much Stuart, Julie, Kyla, James, Mark and everyone else! So happy we went with you, it’s been the best experience!!

In a nutshell, The Spa Shoppe has become like family to me when it comes to my hot tub needs. I trust them completely and wholeheartedly recommend their services.Let me provide you with a bit more detail that might help you understand why I hold them in such high regard when it comes to choosing a reliable business.It all started in August 2022 when I first contacted The Spa Shoppe. James, who answered the phone, was incredibly helpful and handled our conversation with utmost care. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences and then proceeded to educate and empower me, allowing me to make an informed decision. I visited their shop multiple times, asking questions and even bringing my taller-than-me Dad along to test the comfort of different models. Throughout the process, James and the staff were patient, knowledgeable, and truly earned my trust.James provided invaluable insight into the factors I should consider while choosing a hot tub model. He walked me through payment options, timelines, electrical setup, and the need for a crane due to limited space between houses. I took a few days to make a decision and signed the contract, preparing for a December delivery. However, in late September, unexpected work situations arose, and I realized that a December delivery would cause significant stress. I reached out to James with my concerns, and he immediately reassured me, together we decided to push the delivery to the new year. We agreed on a spring delivery, and I instantly felt a weight lifted off my shoulders. I am grateful for their understanding and accommodation.Come April, we reconnected to finalize the delivery details, including the use of a crane. On May 11, Bryant and Connor arrived with the hot tub, executing a flawless plan to safely transport it over my house with the assistance of a professional crane operator. They did an exceptional job, and I felt at ease throughout the process, even capturing a cool video of the whole operation. Once the hot tub was filled and turned on, I noticed a minor issue with the screen not lighting up. I contacted James, and within the hour, Stu, a technician, arrived and promptly resolved the problem.As a first-time hot tub owner, I faced the inevitable learning curve of understanding chemicals, cycles, and maintenance. The Spa Shoppe team has been incredibly supportive, answering all my questions and providing helpful training materials and instructional videos that have been a lifesaver. I know I can rely on them for guidance as I navigate through tasks like water changes and adjusting to colder weather.By the way, many people are unaware that hot tubs can be enjoyed as cool tubs during the summer months too, which was one of the reasons I wanted a hot tub—for those refreshing summer dips!My hot tub journey has been nothing short of wonderful, and it's all thanks to the exceptional team at The Spa Shoppe, including James, Stu, Connor, Bryant, and the amazing ladies who have always been helpful whenever I visit.I sincerely thank them for their awesomeness and for making my experience truly remarkable. They truly stand out from the rest!

We got our hot tub in October and we love it. Everyone in the store is terrific and Stewart was great when he came out to deliver some supplies and give us tips on easy maintenance.

The First Day I walked into the Spa Shoppe I was greeted right away, very welcoming. We have had our swim spa from September 2022 of last year. My Family is never out of it! Even when its snowing, its amazing. I highly recommend The Spa Shoppe Team 100%. People go to the big shows and see what kind of discounts they can get, its so not personal and your just a number. From the time we purchased our swim spa from The Spa Shoppe from Start to finish they were amazing. It was the best step by step experience. This Family owned business is just what you need. We had so many questions and concerns. They are so experienced and spent the time with my husband and I to answer all of our concerns. It’s worth the money! I have recently purchased a hot tub to be delivered at a later date.I have to say my first experience going into the shop was very welcoming and informative.The staff is fantastic ! Very knowledgeable and pleasure to work with !Very responsive and work within your budget to find something you will love .I want to Thank James for your expertise and just being a kind and amazing guy to work with!I look forward to working together and will highly recommend!

When we started our search for a hot tub we were clueless on where to buy from. After visiting a few places we tried The Spa Shoppe and right away we knew we wanted a hot tub from there. We met with Julie who was knowledgable, honest and made the experience so much easier, she was even patient and let our 6 year old (5 at the time) test out all the hot tubs. In the end we ended up with a Hydropool Serenity 6900, and it's been awesome. Even with some cosmetic issues at delivery, the communication has been good and we have been happy with the choice we made. We've came in a few times for supplies and always felt welcomed and get great service!! If you plan on buying a Hot tub, this is the place!!

We recently ordered a Hydropool swim spa from them. Our experience with James has been awesome and I highly recommend this shop if you’re in market for hot tub or Swim spa. James is extremely knowledgeable and answered all the questions helping us choose the right product for our family. After going through all the other options available in market and completing my research we finalized our purchase at this shop. We got a good competitive deal. I would have given more than 5 stars ⭐️ if possible especially due to great experience we had with James .

Recently purchased a swim spa from The Spa Shoppe. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I received a fantastic price and delivery was right on time. I highly recommend The Spa Shoppe if you are in the market for a new swim spa.

So another review. Stu came out for a visit to fix a broken diverter under warranty and the level of customer service at this place is phenomenal. I pass 4 hot tub places on my way to the spa shoppe from where I live and I'll still keep going there. They really go out of their way to help, answer questions (even if they're noob questions) and just make you feel good about the purchase and maintenance. I really can't recommend them enough

This place is amazing! They have excellent customer service, had an air lock after draining and jets wouldn’t start, Stuart showed up literally minutes later because I said I had an appointment and would have to call back later ; he fixed it, showed me how to fix it if it happened again and all with a smile and no charge! Very friendly and helpful on the phone and in person with any questions, owners are great, Hydropool tubs Canadian made!
