I'd be lost without Pins & Needles! Not only does the shop offer plenty of supplies for a multi-crafter like myself, but the shop owner, Fiona, is generous with her time and advice. She helped me get out of many a crafty pickle, be it joining sleeves to a crochet garment to sewing a zipper in to my first dressmaking project. A great variety of yarns and fabrics to suit all budgets, too - in particular I appreciate that Fiona stocks big-name, inexpensive yarn brands but also supports smaller and more artisan yarn companies.

I just love Pins and Needles and the lovely Fiona! I have been in countless times with a project and she has helped me. We all like to have a good natter and she is so knowledgeable and helpful. The shop is so well stocked and if you are ever looking for something she will always order it for you! She's an asset to Grayshott village!

Pins and Needles is my Go To place for all my sewing and crochet needs. Fiona is incredibly knowledgeable and will always take the time to help out customers. She has a huge number of loyal shoppers who visit regularly. The shop is stocked to the rafters and if you can't find what you are looking for, Fiona will know how to get hold of it! Fabulous local shop and one that I probably spend far too much time and money in....!

Horrible experience. I visited yesterday with my grandmother as she lives in the village and loves the shop. We went in two get some wool for two knitting projects but it was clear I was not welcome from the moment we entered the shop. Entered with my daughter and was told I would scuff/scratch the shop with my pushchair. The shopkeeper said goodbye before I was finished and opened the door for me too leave!Sadly I did not get a chance to look at the wool which I had been told was good quality. Not a place to visit if you are brown.

Great service! I ordered some wool online from Pins and Needles on Sunday night, it was processed and sent on Monday and arrived on Tuesday, so quick! I love that it was wrapped with a thank you note. I definitely recommend supporting this local business!

This is a gem of a shop. The lady who runs it is lovely. She is unfailingly polite, helpful and cheerful. It has a delicious range of yarns and wonderful selection of fabric. You are spoilt for choice. Worth making a special visit to then coffee and cake nearby!

Such a pleasure to visit Pins and Needles Grayshott most weeks for all my knitting and sewing supplies. Fiona is delightful and an extremely helpful lady. Extremely friendly & knowledgeable owner, Fiona is always helpful & thanks to her I have met a lovely bunch of Ladies who meet up weekly to share our projects & admire our purchases from this shop. I can't believe someone could not give her a 5star review & to accuse her of being a racist? Shame on you! How could you upset such a warm, lovely person when she & her shop are loved by so many. So the shop isn't big enough for a buggy, you can see that from outside, don't go causing an argument for the sake of it.
