Don’t know where to begin it’s an overpriced store completely. Everything is all clustered, lack of help, dirty..I came with my sister to browse. She asked not too long ago to use the bathroom when we first visited with her husband & she did not use it due to how it smelt with lack of sanitization. You would think for a baby store it would be the last room to be that dirty. Upstairs we were looking at a section that carried baby towels for bathing and there was ants present in the area, everything is dusty. I would not feel comfortable even buying clothes for my future nephew after witnessing insects near baby items. When you enter to browse the senior worker stares at you before he will ask if you need help or just watches like you are a thief. I can sense judgement right away as my sister did as well when we last came in. We will not be returning as a family to proceed with a registry or making any purchase as we found it a waste of time. I’m not a man to write reviews but the vibe we both got from visiting was irritating. Our family friends warned us about this store due to their past experiences as well.

Always went by this beautiful store, but never had a reason to come in.. until now! Purchased my Bugaboo stroller here, and a couple of nursery items which came in earlier than expected! The ladies here were very helpful and kept me up to date regarding our order, and even gave me a helpful list full of recommended products and articles! I would definitely recommend coming here :)

I had an outstanding experience at Ella + Elliot. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions about different glider and crib models. They were also very pleasant to work with and helped me ensure I was getting exactly what I wanted for my purchase! I would highly recommend this store.

Ella and Elliot has won me over! My wife and I did most of my baby shopping at this boutique. From now on I avoid the big box baby stores at all costs, and support small family businesses.Superior customer service and knowledgeable owner Christian went above and beyond to help us out with customized special orders, while other an expensive store did not do a thing to assist, and lost me as a customer. Worth the drive from Kitchener! Will recommend this store to all my friends.P.S: Please don’t forget there is a waiting time for custom orders during pandemic!!! So if you want to customize the order, place it in advance and won’t be disappointed.

We ordered an Oilo rocker from Ella + Elliot and were extremely impressed by the overall experience! We were able to sit in them in the store and pick our favourite and then customize our choice (motorized v not, upholstery colour). They were extremely responsive throughout the delivery period and the actually delivery itself was seamless, one of the best furniture delivery services we have received! Overall excellent experience!!

I am so excited. This was not just a regular baby store. It was so much more. My friend just had a baby girl and I wanted to buy a few unique pieces as her mom is my bestie. The customer service was too notch and Christian the owner was amazing. I spent just shy over $1500 but it was worth it. I am so excited to spoil baby Melody. Thank you so much Ella and Elliot. Your furniture is so beautiful and I love the pieces you have that can change bases on growth of the baby. I will be back again as more and more of my friends are having babies.

I have been a huge fan of Ella and Elliot for years. I have purchased a large portion of my childrens items from them. I am a huge believer in shopping local and good quality so i have been abundantly supportive. However, I have recently had the completely opposite experience with them, after being a long standing, referring customer. I strongly advise to look into other options when purchasing custom or made to order furniture. The treatment has been one that will leave me never returning. The owner Christian and saleswoman Oona have been incredibly bullish, dismissive, and made up lies to get me to pay for an item that has been delayed beyond belief. The current excuse was that there was an internal error - when i asked for some explanation i was told that it “could not be disclosed.” I urge you to not support this company. I am incredibly disappointed.

We purchased cybex epriam stroller from here. The wait for this stroller was very long because of the supplier, but Christian tried his best for stroller to arrive as fast as possible. The customer service is awsome, thank you very much!! The stroller itself is beautiful and so worth the wait!!!

I bought a Babyletto dresser from Ella + Elliot, and although there were shipping delays and a mixup, they were able to make it right for me. This was very much appreciated by my husband and I, especially as our baby is due any day and we were stressing about getting his room set up in time. The dresser/change table looks perfect in his room! We are very happy with the service they were able to offer.
