If you've seen a particular painting/print you've wanted of their website, most chances is that they don't have it in store

I called to get a quote and the staff on the phone was extremely rude. They were unable to get me a quote for 1.5 in 9x12 white matting because we need to see the art work". Better get matting from any arts store than them."

Purchased 2 canvases, but 1 came without mounting hooks. I ordered online and called the store to ship out the mounting hooks, but refused to ship because they did not want to pay shipping. This bad customer service ruined the experience for me.

Large variety of frames or paintings. Staff are well informed and friendly. They also offer services for framing picture which I don't personally recommend since I find it overpriced. For framing services I would personally recommend Michael's on taschereau where they usually have discounts for the frames.
