Get Home Realty is an amazing team to work with. My husband and I have had a great experience house hunting with Ramesh and Veena.Every time we viewed a new property, they would conduct a complete inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the nature of development, quality of construction and so forth teaching us important aspects to look out for along the way. Totally scammed me and my family by Real estate Agent Vishnu Boda. He and His buyer put in a conditional offer for our house . The next day they went and put another offer for another house without cancelling our signed offer. when they got their second offer signed they came back the following day to cancel the deal saying they do not have money for deposit and their buyer is pulling out of the market. What a big lie!!!we had another offer the next day that we rejected as we had already signed the conditional offer with their buyer.Also we lost on showing as our house was out of market as Conditionally sold.This type of practice is not accepted by a real estate agent and needs to be stopped in the market. This is unethical behavior from the agent Vishnu Boda and the brokerage needs to take steps to stop these kind of unethical behavior from their agents.

Ms. Veena and Mr. Ramesh helped us with renting a house of our choice. Very Shady Real estate Agency. we got scammed by agent Vishnu Boda and the Broker Anand Pericherla was in cooks with him.They put a offer in for my house and gave us few hours to close the deal and we were awaiting the deposit. the next day they put another offer for the same customer on 564 Brock Crt, Milton and closed another house for the same customer. The next day afternoon after everything on the new house was closed they cancelled our contract saying that the buyer did not have money to make the deposit. The buyer and the agency has now also put the buyers house in the market for sales 1471 Pratt Hts in Milton.We lost an offer as we had another offer and they went and closed another house and also due to the status of the house, all the viewings were cancelled as the house was on conditional sale.These are very shady practices of the agency and need to be dealt with.
