My experience was outstanding, from start to finish. Keegan is a very straightforward and genuine person who obviously takes pride in his company's quality of work. In addition to being more than satisfied with how clean my interior and exterior were following my appointment, two other things need to be noted. First, I respect that Keegan sent his employees home early on a very hot day, and phoned to let me know that my car would be ready a half day later than first estimated because of this. Second, he personally drove my car out to my place to ensure I would have it back in time as we were moving to Victoria that day. Based on my experience, you will be making a smart choice by choosing this company.

My Ford Mustang and I have been on many cross-country adventures. I have driven her through places I probably shouldn't have and I even got her stranded in the desert once. We recently settled down in Nanaimo and I brought her to IMDetailing because it was time to sell her. She was looking particularly ragged after our most recent long-distance move, including multiple stains on the upholstery, scratches on the exterior, and a criminally dirty engine. Keegan kept her for two full days all while giving me regular updates by phone. This man and his team went above and beyond, and I barely recognized my own car when he hand-delivered her to my door this morning. She looked even better than when I bought her (inside and out) and I am over-the-moon happy with their work. I loved how excited Keegan was when he walked me through what was done.
