Great family place for overall health and fitness activities. The staff is friendly the facility is very clean and well maintained. They also have a good 3 month trial period for newcomers. The only reason for removing a star is because of the parking situation which is very limited considering size of the facility and there is nothing nearby to provide supplemental parking. Also while its worth it, the pricing is a little high compared to other GYMs in the area

Perfect gym for the family. Good track for those people who cannot use treadmill. My father absolutely love this gym.

Friendly, helpful staff and volunteers. I thought I might be intimidated but not so. I enjoy going to use the machines and learn new ways to keep moving.
