Always asking for extra pickles, extra 3x even, receive one extra at most but typically no extra… I just want more pickles (tried drive thru and dine in)

We had to go back 3x because they kept giving us the wrong order. We ordered quarter pounder NO CHEESE. They kept putting cheese on it. The 3rd time going back they gave us a hot apple pie as some kind of apology. The pie was COLD! The burger was greasy, fries over salted and the wrong burger 3x and no apology. They are poorly managed, don't seem to care about the quality of their service or product. I would recommend going to another location.

Bad experience the girl working on drive thru donot know how to talk to customers and refused to give us the order of 4 poutines. She said its not available. Bad customer service

Well I thought I was going to be impressed with the service here but I was sadly mistaken. Food was decent- until I chipped my tooth on a hard piece of chicken nugget.Very unhappy.Service wasn’t too bad- received a phone call regarding my incident which I was impressed and conversed a few times until the calls just stopped after they promised compensation. So needless to say my tooth is still chipped and I am less than impressed. I don’t know what is worse- no reach out at all or promising reaction to nothing.

Only one other dine in customer while we were there and ALL the tables needed to be wiped down. Had to clean our own to have a place to sit. Food was hot and quick, usual McDonalds fare.
