Do not choose WM as your waste collection company. Extremely overpriced and impossible to get out of the contracts, as well as renewing contracts without your consent!!! Always dreaming up new charges to inflate billing!! Stay away!!! You have been warned!!!

Driver hit the wall with the bin 3 times causing minor damage and WM will not repair the damage.WM misses a lot of scheduled pickups. They charge me for the missed pickup unless I call and request them to not charge for the service not rendered on that date!Most of the time they are on time and do a good job.

Sub-standard and almost definitely negligent in environmental impact studies. I have been living with an industrial sized dumpster with rotting residential waste in front of my home the entire time that the City of Toronto has been constructing a rec-centre in what used to be a roller rink at 261 Jarvis St. This is NOT someone I would recommend for any serious environmental or restoration work. Obvious corners are cut way too much.

Buyer beware of their loophole outrageous cancelation policies and fees, even when you have no choice. The customer service knows nothing, you can NEVER get a result on 1st call. It takes call backs from account managers" multiple unanswered emails etc. In the end

I've actually used Bagster 3 previous times because of their convenience and speedy collection. On the day of collection, I arrived home to find the bag still in the driveway! Apparently 'the bag could not be reached' . Despite there never being a problem before and I've had 3 previous collections from the EXACT SAME SPOT!. So I was charged $100 for the driver not picking up the bag and an extra $189 for another scheduled collection and on top of the $45 for the bag its now cost me over $300. Not to mention the heart attack I almost had trying to drag the full bag closer to the curb. Save your Time, Money and Energy and go with option B.

I was very surprised how easy it was to setup a new service via internet. The bin came in the correct dimension on the scheduled date. The bin loader was so kind to remove the old bin to the side (which the old service provider promised to pick up but never came) before placing the new bin from WM at the correct spot.After installation we received a follow up call from our accounts manager, and again surprised how thorough and determined WM is to make us happe. We feel totally comfortable with WM.At the moment the price for the serivce seems super competitive and attractive. Dominic Cina is extremely helpful for all help we need for extra pick up and always returns our calls if pick up is not done properly , he went out of his way to make sure pick is done properly and on timely manner on next day.
