Ordered for my first time and got my order as described, well packaged and shipping time was obviously not Amazon fast but still decent for Canada post. Hopefully many more successful order so I can be a lifetime client. Cheers !

Everything seems fine but all the coins were outside there packs with 0/16 pulls unlike all the videos I've seen before so I'm hoping it wasn't opened an reclosed

Located near Chinatown, Hobbiesville has a mix of collectible cards and a modest collection of board games at the back of the store; although most appear to be English only. They do have a warehouse where some of their games are stored. However, if you hope to pick up a game in-store from what appears to be “in stock” online, make sure to call ahead to ensure they actually have it at the store, otherwise they can bring it in for you, but it may take a day or two. It would be more helpful if they brought in more copies to the storefront. As for the staff, they were semi-helpful.

Support has been non existent all week, originally wouldn't respond/refused to help, had to call in. It's been a week no package (it was lost in transit but marked delivered) and they are not refunding or sending a new item out, had to fight with them to make a ticket they said they made with shipper but will not provide a copy of. Have contacted the bank at this point, provided as communication has broken down

Their customer services is awesome. Twice I had made mistakes in my orders, both times they responded fast and had solutions for me. I will continue to buy my gunplas there with no hesitations. I highly recommend this store.

Love Hobbiesville!They have an easy to navigate web page, great selection and competitive pricing on their products. The team has always been very helpful to answer questions I have as I order Pokemon cards for my two boys. They also have fast delivery.I highly recommend them

Website was amazing but once I went in to store In person, I realized they lack a lot of things. Very few single packs for sale compared to other stores. However the price on boosters is decent which makes up for lack of selection.

Firstly, I want to say I do not write reviews at all. This is my second review, the first being for this same store. The old review is not showing up, so I am writing another one. I hope this one shows up.Yesterday afternoon, I wrote an email to their customer service and a Google review with a complaint on products I purchased. This was the only time I purchased from Hobbiesville. For all purposes, I was just some random guy that does not even live in Ottawa. I will not go too much into detail, but the issue was very serious. I did not think they would do anything because I was a first time customer and the nature of the issue.Within a few hours the issue was resolved.I cannot speak for other people that have had good or bad experiences with them. This is my first experience. What I can say is, that’s probably the fastest customer service I have dealt with ever. This store is worth purchasing from, not because they are perfect, but at the very least they will try to fix problems that may arise.Their prices are competitive and the shipping was normal for the distance covered. There are many stores that can do those two things, but not every store has this kind of customer service.I want to also thank the representative that emailed me. I don't know if he is okay with me saying his name. But, he really found a solution. Thank you, Hobbiesville.

Cute store near ottawas chinatown. Ordered a funko from their online website and had it shipped and delivered quite fast. Decided to drop by while visiting Ottawa, space is quite open, staff was friendly and encouraged pictures. Will order stuff again, prices are good.

What can I say.....starting off, I had an issue with one of the products that was shipped to me. In that order I had about 10 items. All but one were fine. One of the card bins I had ordered was damaged, and it looked like UPS was rough again with one of their packages. I called up Hobbiesville and told them about what happened. Within 10 minutes after going through the order# and checking my credentials. With ZERO HESITATION they offered to ship a new one to my home. I offered to send the damaged one back, the person on the phone quickly replied and said no its fine. Look out other Collectible shops around the Ottawa and Montreal area, these guys are the measuring stick for great service and in stock items!
