Rolled into Hatcher’s yard with a cracked radiator and they tracked down a new radiator for me and also the owner dropped me off to the hotel. Amazing people, amazing service and great mechanics!

Awful service. Two days repairing. $5000 bill. After two days truck broke again with the same problem. Owner won't to cover tow truck and repairing in another shop. See you in court.

Awesome service and great people to deal with

5 stars is not high enough for this place and for Justin. We had been stuck in Cape Breton for a few days with our RV as the trailer lights would not work and the multiple mechanics we went to could not find the problem. Two other trailer repair places were shut down for winter and when we came here they told us they were busy and scheduled into the following week. We explained our situation and they had some mercy and took us in. Justin worked for about 6.5 hours STRAIGHT on our truck (I know because we sat in the truck while they worked) and with parts we still were only charged just over $300. We are extremely grateful to Justin and the team. He did not have to inconvenience himself like that but went out of their way to get us sorted. THANK YOU!!!!

I highly recommend hatchers they went over and beyond for my 28days stay, not their fault at all, part came from the states and Canada post was horrible at loosing my part but everyone there wa s incredibly nice and helped in any way I needed, even was able to borrow a truck to go into town for laundry n showers n grocery shopping, no questions asked just here take my truck"I will forever be grateful for all of those kind ppl!!!I have told all my vanlife or camper friends that if they come to Sydney and need any help

I highly recommend this shop!I drove from Toronto to get on the ferry to Newfoundland and the minute I pulled into the check in my 1996 Ford 35 foot RV decided to empty its transmission fluid onto the floor at that moment.We just drove it into the shop here at 4 pm and they jumped onto my truck right away. They determined they needed a transmission gasket or something and ordered it right away. Unfortunately the distance from Ontario it took some time to get here. But they have been more than helpful and accommodating while we stayed here.
