Whole order was made wrong very disappointed! Called to talk to a manager they told me it’s my fault for not checking the bag before I left…. Never knew I had to confirm that they made my order right when what was on the order screen was not what was in my bag when I got home! very poor service never going back again! I went to another A&W they fixed my order no problem! Cooks in the back should learn to read the screens an made an order properly!

Came here just to grab a baby burger for my little one. Took 15 minutes for them to get it out the door, and there were only 3 customers. One lady behind me had to wait the 15 minutes just to order. If I were her, I would have walked out.

Customer service was excellentFood did not take long to be brought to our table.The only issues we had was not having an accessible washroom.They may have fixed this issue by now, which im almost certain they would have.The restaurant was very clean and the staff seemed to be ontop of things.Thanks again for the great customer service!We shall return.

I had forgotten that A&W served real breakfast like a regular restaurant, shame on me! I was very pleasantly reminded with the quality of food and service. It was nice to see young families there enjoying the same experience. I will definitely come back to this location.

To start, I don't expect much from this location, it's just the closest one. I went with a two can dine for $9.99" breakfast coupon. At first the worker was having trouble adding up the order and I had to clarify that I only wanted what came with the coupon and nothing else. He scans the coupon and says it'll be $11.54. At this point I've pulled out cash as I had little faith in the staff and boy was I right. I try to explain that the price is wrong and he says that it is just the tax added on. The gst is only 5% and explain to him that for $9.99

Stopped in on my way out of town to Vancouver to grab a late breakfast at 2pm. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Before pouring my coffee cashier realised coffee wasn't fresh and said he would make me a fresh cup. Excellent customer service.

A&W 4205 118 Avenue.I am done with this location.Stopped in for a small chocolate shake.The card reader at the drive thru was malfunctioning, so they had to take my card to ring in at the main till. (yes, I have checked my balance)Asked to me to pull around to the waiting area, where I sat for 12 minutes before being handed this. (2/3 full)I asked the guy delivering it, That's it?"He shrugged and said

I've been eating breakfast here for years, and I've gotten to know a large group of regulars - mostly seniors - who frequent this place. Its always the same: friendly staff that call you by name, serving the same homemade style breakfast, day in and day out.

I got chicken burgers at like 7 am, and they were fresh, hot and not long of a wait, the fries were fresh and crispy, the staff were very friendly. I love this location, and find the food is the freshest at this location, and the breakfast is awesome here.
