Off the Hook Paralegal

A little skeptical of any reviews here that are above 1 star, those must be coming from friends/family. If you are looking to seriously solve a problem you are having with any traffic ticket, look elsewhere. In a matter of 14 months, this guy failed to do ANYTHING in regards to my ticket. The only way I was even able to get a hold of him beyond our initial meeting was when I went to his office and called other paralegals on his floor to let him know I was downstairs looking for him since he does not pick up his phone or reply to any email. His lies as to what was going on weren't even well thought out when I did see him. He would try to tell me he's a very busy guy" and is "working until 8pm". Interesting that he is so hard working but unable to return any email or voicemail for multiple months on end. Clearly incompetent

I was just going to pay the ticket because of the people involved in the accident and a friend said no call Walter, so i did. He is very thorough in his investigation and found a mistake on my ticket that i would never have questioned. He got my ticket cleared and gone. Great guy to deal with. Great at what he does. Highly, highly recommended.

had received in the city of Windsor. At first, there was no answer but shortly we received a call back from Walter, Martin. He was polite indeed and aware of the situation we were in. After sending him the ticket, along with the driver's license we received paper's that were needed to be signed. Shortly after the email was sent we had not received any calls back, nor emails. I had called the office 3-5 times a day throughout the week and there was no answer whatsoever. We were forced to go through a different Paralegal agency as we had 15 days to come up with an option, unfortunately, we had 5 days left to contact anyone or the courts to say our course of action. We were excited as we read the reviews but extremely disappointed, I'm hoping this does not occur again to another client who requires assistance.

Walter Martin is the best outgoing paralegal traffic lawyer there is! I would recommend him to anyone who need’s a traffic lawyer especially someone deep in a bunch of traffic changes! Highly Recommended, Thank you again Walter!
