I recently had Brown's Mechanical come out to Penticton and using this company second time. did a yearly inspection on the valves for our business. The technician, Ken, was incredibly friendly and professional throughout the entire process. Not only did he do a fantastic job with the inspection, but the company's customer service was amazing as well. We contacted Browns to complete a government required inspection of our fire sprinkler system.From the 1st contact with Dee in the office they were helpful and professional- they met our time requirement, confirmed via email and followed up with both an email and phone call the day before. Their technician Ken arrived 15 minutes earlier and was both professional and friendly.

We had a good time trying to figure out this new installment, as I understand it is the first installation of its kind with your company. Chris came today and did the electrical required, and he is a very pleasant person also to deal with. Woke up to a falling interior temperature - furnace pilot light refused to stay lit. I called Brown, left a message, was promised service by 2 pm at the latest. Service tech showed up at 10 AM, fixed the problem and was on his way in an hour. That's the kind of service everyone looks for but so rarely finds except in commercials. Brown Mechanical delivers in the real world.
