Update:The person i dealt with this morning was very pleasant and he refuned my money. I am adding 2 stars based on my last experience.Worst experience ever. I had to get my screen protector changed 3 times and 4th time they said it is an issue with my phone case. I bought the new case from them and got screen protector changed. It came off AGAIN.They would rather have me come back and keep getting the screen protector changed than refunding my money.

They did a bad battery-replacement job on my brother's iPhone. A battery warning keeps popping up, which hasn't happened with other 3rd-party technicians.They also used the wrong screw size for reassembling the phone. We consulted another repair technician out of concern and we were told they could not do another battery replacement without damaging the entire screen. The oversized screw was basically jammed in there.Do not risk taking your iPhone here and please go to an Apple-approved 3rd party technician for proper service.

They dont even deserve 1 star. Totally scam, they sold me the screen protector for $45 and told me that it is hammer proof. Guess what? In the same week i drop my phone, the $45 protector doesn’t do its job. When i went to the place, the guy told me that you yourself damaged the screen and that i should have think before i spent $45. Wastage of $50. Very unprofessional, and they don’t even know how to talk to the customer. They blame customers for spending money. Is it better now!!!!!!

Go there only if you want to get scammed! First they seem nice and helpful until you pay them money, next thing is they do not deliver on time, they are rude and the iPad was not properly fixed. I fixed my iPad screen, and it worked fine for 4 months and then the touch screen was not responsive in all areas. When I returned, first they tried to convince me that there is nothing wrong with it, then they said it is not under warranty and finally they wanted me to pay double what I have initially payed (equivalent to a brand new iPad price) Be aware, it is not worth it. Go to someone else who is more professional.

Went in with my wife to get her screen fixed on her smashed iPhone. Staff was professional, and very quick to help. They fixed her phone in no time at all, and even helped fixed some issues I was having with my device! Will definitely come back if we have any issues with our phones in the future, great service!And I highly recommend this place..!

IGNORE EVERYTHING LESS THAN 5 STARS!!!Even though it was Saturday and the store was real busy ..These guys truly care for quality service. After my second visit to Mobilinq I had to write a review...even standing in line behind people you can tell the staff are professional and care.Sam truly understands that professional and compassionate service equates to happy customers and future business.Since a year ago after my last repair on my Note 8 I have been recommending people to come here. And I will continue to do so.Keep up the great work guys! And thank you so muchMy note 8 is back to normal again
