If I could vote 0 I would! This place is an absolute scam!! I went in to buy shampoo and conditioner and ended up with a boot on my car???? Some man showed up in an unmarked car, dollar store vest, and made sure I etransfered someone!! He used a BURNER PHONE TO CONFIRM THE ETRANSFER WITH A BUDDY!!!!! This should be illegal and I was so tempted to call the police! Absolutely disgusting, will never go here EVER again

Been going here for a long time. Getting pretty good service, although there was not a lot of staff when i went. They also have a pretty good selection of products. Including fresh produce on a regular basis. Groceries, drinks, dry food etc... would recommend when all other stores are closed. On sale items are always a good value.

if i could give this location zero stars, i would. i have never experienced such terrible service at a drug store before. i went in to buy some shampoo from the CLEARANCE rack because i am a college student living on a budget and i came back to my car, all the windows were actively being smashed by a company called SUDBURY PARKING SOLUTIONS, they slashed my tires, they took my kids car seat and they were beating it with bats. but worst of all they stole my grandmas ashes that were hanging from the rear view mirror.

Used to enjoy visiting this location despite its faults and complaints of others.But, security has gotten overly aggressive in how they watch you enter, shop, checkout.Worse yet, they're overtly discriminatory in their profiling, now more than before.Will be reducing my visits to the bare minimum - no more leisure shopping - as a direct result of this poor customer treatment.I would encourage others to avoid this location on this basis.

This Shopper’s has to be the worst I’ve ever visited. I’ve been giving them business for the past year, as they’re close-ish to my home, and recently in the last 2-3 months I’ve been heavily profiled by their loss prevention team (a man and a woman who are quite aggressive with their pursuits). They don’t sweep across the store, they follow me down isles and stand right beside for reasons I’m completely unaware of. I brought it to the attention of the cashier (and acting manager) who shrugged it off and mentioned that I was apparently wearing what someone else who had been accused of stealing was wearing. That can’t be unless we both shop at a really specific store that is based out of Stockholm, Sweden. To walk into a store and immediately be followed, not to mention be looked at by every employee like I’ve done something wrong is unacceptable and very unwelcoming. I’m being wrongly targeted and made to feel like I’m guilty of something I’ve never committed and that’s very poor judgement on their part.I called last night to speak to a manager and got the same cashier I spoke to at the store. It was a very poor apology and basically an “it is what it is” response. Please do better. If perhaps you’re being targeted by thieves, please staff your store better.. don’t be taking it out on paying customers. Remember, the area isn’t the safest, but it’s nobody’s fault, least of all paying customers, but Shoppers for housing their store in the area.Safe to say, my business is being brought elsewhere. Shame on you and your staff. So distasteful.

Forgot to give the review of my SUPER NICE parking experience at this SHOPPERS. I didn’t ever know $140 booted fee will be an essential source of income of this one. I will somewhat recommend this shoppers to people without a vehicle, and they don’t need to worry about the $140 booted charge when they go other errands after shopping at this store.

Such a disgusting experience, I came with my wife and toddler to buy some lozenges and toys. As my wife is a POC, we had the privilege to be followed around all aisles by the security. However, the Security is not doing anything against the violent and super aggressive druggies in front of the store harassing people at the entrance. Very shameful and racist staff, please get them some corporate training. Do better Shoppers, it's pathetic!

I parked in Shoppers lot and went to purchase drug for my son. When I returned my car was booted and charged $142 to unlock the boot. The reason they told me is that my son and husband went to see a dentist while I am shopping in Shoppers. The guy said we should always be together to shop in Shoppers to avoid the parking fine. This is really ridiculous and I am sure it is made on purpose to get more revenue in this Shoppers! Will never come to this store!

I went into the shoppers to pick up my prescriptions for myself and my daughter when I was approached by the security guard who interrupted me at the counter to tell me I was banned from the store.I knew he was mistaken and so I asked the security guard to go back and ensure he had the right person. When he came back he said I had to come back on Monday to talk to the manager because I was banned from the store. I paid for my prescriptions and went to the cash register to wait for someone to come and explain to me what was going on.That's when the security guard finally had staff confirm I wasn't the person they were looking for. I was completely embarrassed and had been bothered for no reason.The manager was in fact working because they came out to speak to me and honestly they just made things worse. They started by saying I'm supposed to apologize to you" as if this was just a requirement he had to fulfill. Then he went on to explain that the store has lots of trouble (addicts
