Technician really nice and competent. He found the issue right away, ordered the needed pieces and gave us a workaround while we waited for the pieces. He was back a week later with the pieces and fixed the fridge in no time and cleaned everything. He even vacuumed! He also gave me good tips on maintenance of our fridge. I definitely recommend this service. You even get a discount if you are a member of CAA Quebec.

Excellent service . Repair ( replacement part) was fine on the spot . No need for second apt . Technician was PROMPT , knowledgeable and friendly and able to communicate in both languages .

Our Miele dishwasher was not working. The technician sent to us found & corrected what turned out to be a simple problem. He explained what we should do to prevent it from happening again. The Service was efficient, came at scheduled time and well worth the money. We will definitely call on them for assistance in the future.

Excellent service. Rapid response to request by a convenient system of online request. No delay in providing a technician.Notification given the day of service at 9 am of the expected 2 hour window of arrival. Very respectful system that enables the client to avoid waiting unnecessarily all day. Plus they dispathed a very pleasant technician and professional, Mohammed who rapidly diagnosed and fixed the problem..
