Bridgwater Heights - Broadstreet Properties Ltd.

We moved here 2 years ago. The main reason is because the building is pet friendly and we had a cat and a little dog. The building is very clean, quiet and well maintained, if anything needs to be done, the staff is quick to take care of it. Joel is always cleaning and polishing and making sure the building is spotless. We love the location, it is close to nature with lots of walking trails and ponds, where the Canada Geese and Ducks raise their families. Yet just across the road is the new Bridgewater Center with 3 banks, medical center, 24/7 vet clinic, Save on Foods, Tim Hortons and more business are coming. It is a great place to live.

My family stayed in this apartment for 8 months. Location is super, it’s close to RBC, Save on Food, Tim Hortons, clinic, Shoppers Drug Mart, Canada Post, park….all essential living spots you name it. Staffs are friendly and were willing to solve the issues while we were staying there. Quiet living environment with a sense of security. This property is highly recommended especially if you are new to Winnipeg.

I have lived at this location for 3 years. Having looked at multiple apartments in the area I found this to be the nicest layout. Five appliances are mid quality but reasonable for rent.I consider rent acceptablecompared with other locations in the city. Carpets in bedrooms would not be my choice however it is the only negative in my apartment.Friendly tenants in building. Great neighborhood with walking trails, playground and all you could need within short distance. Bus service to parking lot entrance. Staff generally responsive within few hours to requests. Urgent maintenance requests addressed promptly. Maintenance and janitorial staff are great.Open door or at least open blinds into office would be an improvement if even only for a few hours daily. On move in or move out days one staff member on site would be beneficial.Only recommendation would be that site would benefit from a common area. Broadstreet states it supports and encourages a sense of community at sites but this site has no area to socialize and get to know your neighbours (which is so needed post pandemic.)All being considered I like living at Bridgwater Heights.

I made an appointment with realtor, I received a confirmation by e-mail. two days later I arrived with my pregnant wife and sat by the door on the floor for an hour and a half, and then the cleaner said that they had a day off. We called the number on the door, but no one answered. And the cleaner called someone and we were told, sorry, the manager is not available today, it's our mistake.

Living there is nice and comfortable, the rent is slightly overpriced but air-conditioned, dishwasher, in-suite Landry machines, and so on are pleasant. Maintenance requests are so far treated acceptable time frame and I am happy with that. The sight manager Lara is a hard working woman and she always tries her best. The one star reduction is horrible customer care agents. So far I talked to two agents and both were rude. One of them hung up the phone while I was still speaking. Totally recommend to avoid dealing with customer service agents by phone, instead send maintenance requests through resident portal or email to Lara.

It is a great apartment to live. When I move in, all the walls are re-painted, all the appliance equipments are cleaned up, carpet are clean as well, all the details make me feel comfortable and satisfied. The manager is very nice to go through all the signing details with me, it makes things more clear and easier. and she is a fast respond when I need her help to change a bulb. The location of the property is convenient, which is close to Save on Foods, gas station and banks. I like to live here. and most of the residents here are very polite and quite.

Having lived a little more than a year in this house, I want to thank her for all the help she provided during this time and express the words of great respect for Ste manager Ashley, a very strong person as an employee, always ready to help! I also want to thank Maintenance tech Dan for always prompt and qualified assistance in repairing our apartment! And many thanks to cleaner Joel for always clean and cozy atmosphere in the building! I recommend everyone to choose this place to stay!

This is a great place to live. Bridgwater is an up and coming neighborhood, and new things are popping up every day. There is a Save On Foods just down the road, a liquor store, banks, restaurants, etc. The building is also very close to all the shops on Kenaston and a quick drive to either Polo Park or St Vital Centre. There are also tons of walking trails to enjoy in the area.The building itself is very nice and new, and expertly maintained. Any issues are resolved immediately by contacting Broadstreet. The lobby and hallways are always immaculate and smell very fresh and clean. It is also a very quiet building despite having many young families and students.Aanal in the leasing office has gone above and beyond the entire time I’ve lived in this building. She responds very quickly and effectively, always getting the job done. She is very friendly, thorough and easy to communicate with.The caretaker is also extremely quick to take care of any issues and a very friendly gentleman.This place also gets 5 stars for being truly pet friendly. The pet deposit is much lower than most other rental agencies and Broadstreet even provides baggy dispensers at the side doors for the pet owners to use to clean up after their pets when taken outside.Thanks Aanal!!!

My wife and I have lived in our new home at Bridgewater Heights for almost 2 months and we really enjoy it here. One of the biggest reasons for our apartment satisfaction is our superb Building Manger Irina. We have lived in apartments many times before but have never had a more detailed efficient manager. Whatever our requests are; they are always looked after immediately. Apartment living can be trying at times but with a manager like Irina we know that all our concerns will be handled in a more than satisfactory manner to the best of her amazing ability
