Technician supposedly fixed the problem which reoccurred, another tech came and found new problem. Charged for both repairs + travel time which is unreasonable. Our own maintenance man found the real problem in two minutes. Total costs over $1500 !!!

I called them for a possible under-warranty service for a True preparation station. I have been given an appointment to early morning next day. I really appreciate their quick response at that point.I told the dispatcher that we normally open at 11am but, I will be there at 9 to meet the technician. No one showed up that day. I have been told that they had a mixedup schedule and apologized for it. I took a new appointment...Technician came on time and fixed the issue, told us that this will not be under warranty. we paid $450 to open a clogged line. Three days later same problem occurred. I have been told, “if it is a clogged again, you have to pay for the service again”. We found another service for a way cheaper price and i have not experienced the same thing again since then. I would not recommend them.

They charge whatever they want to do like truck charge + fuel cost and then not working again in a week but no warranty for that.what a bad company!!

Last December we called this company about our 6 mos old ice-maker shutting off. We called them because they were listed as a certified repair company for a machine under warranty. The technician quickly identified the problem as being a dusty and damaged air filter - an easy and quick repair. The company insisted on charging our credit card $1000 before they would come out and they never issued an invoice nor a refund for the quick and inexpensive repair. Two weeks ago, we needed help as the condenser for our beer cooler had shutdown. Before authorizing another $1000 to our credit card, I spoke with Todd in accounting about the $1000 our card was charged in December with no invoice or refund for what turned out to be a very minor problem. I was assured that this was abnormal and he was working on it. Because we had another problem critical to running our business, with this assurance, we authorized another $1000 to our credit card. It turned out that nothing was wrong with our condenser (kudos again to the technician), we had turned it off when it overheated and had rightly cleaned the filter with our air gun and simply could not get it immediately operational again because - unknown to us - we had shut it off right at the beginning of it’s defrost cycle. Once again, we have received no invoice and no refund for the $1000 we were forced to authorize to have the company come out to assess our problem. To-date, we have received no follow-up phone call or refund for the December charge, and now we have the same situation for this March. Once we can accept as an accident. Twice?

I've known about your company for years but I was at a clients yesterday and one of your Techs showed up for a repair. He was very professional and super friendly and my clients air conditioning was fixed in no time. Also, he checked other things so as to not leave the job with any future issues. Brilliant! I will always recommend companies that go above and beyond!

Had to use a different company as our usual AC/cooler tech is very busy during summer months and this was a small job, to fix our prep cooler door. Filled out all their forms for references, a technician was sent out, he looked at it, took some pictures and said he would need to order the parts, that's completely understandable, a week later we are told he can't get the part ... but here's a bill for $235.00 ... Called our usual company and for some reason they were able to get us the part right away... It's on their forms that if they come out and can't fix it, you will still be charged for travel time... But I mean, it seems like it would be easy to just show up to every job for 15 minutes, come back later and say they can't get the part and just charge every single person $235.00 ... The invoice will be paid but please be warned if a prep cooler door can't be fixed I really wouldn't call them for anything else unless you are okay to pay $235.00 for someone to take pictures and still end up having to get someone to do the actual job. I get that this is a business but this is a large company, how is a local company able to order and source parts but they cannot.Edit: I've just read through their other reviews and this seems like not just an us issue, seems like many businesses are experiencing this and it almost unfortunately seems a little like a money grab...

I had called in to speak with dispatch on a Tuesday to book a service for a large number of refrigerators. I was told at that time someone will contact me within a day or 2 tops. No word by Friday, I called back to find out whats going on. And was told the following:- we don't have a record of your call- we are too busy to accept any new customers- you're out of luck and thank you for waiting 3 days to find outSorry!
