I request Robert to help with a matter, he said yes he could help and at the last minute when I needed him, Robert decided to stop responding and left me to deal with the situation. The situation was time sensitive and created a mess. I would not recommend hiring Robert as your lawyer as he is not a man of his word.

He gave me information about the approach that I should take, but he also educated me to how the CRA works and what my options were. That is invaluable.
