Mark customer service is the bestas for Ted (owner) is NOT upfront about charging HUGE extra FEESthey charge a percentage of your bill for thisso you have a bill for $250 or $2500 they use the same supplies"gloves (lol) drop of oil here some grease therezero windshield washerwith theyre shop rate these few things should be includedor a nominal $ 20-25 would be acceptable NOT $190that is a complete sham"

Had to have the brakes checked on my vehicle and some noise coming from the front end. Although they were booking several weeks away, Kelly made time to have my Jeep looked at on short notice and advise me of the repairs that were required. Repairs involved were significantly more than just the brakes that I suspected. Work was done in a timely fashion, I have the Jeep back and it drives like brand new. Very satisfied with Cutting Edge Technologies. Would definitely recommend this shop and I will use in the future as required. Thanks.

Disappointed in this dealers business model. I had them inspect my vehicle for an engine (V6) ticking sound which was previously identified at another repair shop ( that did not have the specialty tools to do the repair). Before bringing my vehicle to Cutting Edge I specifically asked them if they had the knowledge and equipment to do the repair. They confirmed yes. I dropped the vehicle off for the repair to be done. They said they would need to diagnose the problem for themselves to confirm what the first repair shop had found. I felt that was reasonable. After they inspected" the engine

Very knowledgeable and very friendly staff.They fixed what was asked to be fixed also found that my rear brakes needed to be done also. They send you a list of what needs to be fixed by text and if you are happy with the quote you reply yes" and they get to work!My truck had an appointment a week befor I brought it in and the accommodated me because I had to take that week off work for unforseen circumstances.I will be using Cutting Edge in the future definitely!!!"
