Chris, my family thanks you for your service. Thank you for making yourself available to answer all my questions and completing your report promptly. I know my wife and I had a lot of questions, so thank you for being patient with us and making yourself available to answer all our questions and communicating with our realtor. For a moment, we were really concern, but working with you brought us the piece of mind to move forward. We recently were buying a property in Sandpoint, Id and needed a home inspection performed. Chris was able to do this for us on a very timely basis. He was able to email his report within a few days complete with picture and explanations of his findings.Of course we had questions and he made himself available to answer the questions we had and then later phone calls and when my wife came out to see the property he agreed to meet with her and our agent to review his findings on site. This was extremely valuable.We have had inspectors work for us before and Chris was by far the most through in his documentation and explanations. He would give us additional information and would quickly tell us if he didn't have the answers to our questions.While he was working for us he would many times tell us not to get bogged down with the detail he was providing.We appreciated his professionalism, promptness and willing to help us . We would definitely use Chris again if needed.

Chris from peak inspections was outstanding in all aspects of providing inspection services on a property I was purchasing. He was prompt in all his responses, flexible with the timing and he provided an in depth, thorough and insightful final product.
