Nails & Spa's Galaxy Brampton

I would not recommended this place because my friend got infection in her toes after pedicure. They are not following hygienic techniques. I thought to visit here for myself too but now i changed my mind.

I’ve been trying to find a new nail shop since my regular nail technician is on an indefinite break. A friend recommended galaxy. I initially went in for a pedicure with shellac polish. The service was okay but I noticed my technician picking at some dead skin at the very end that she missed previously. It wasn’t the greatest pedicure. My feet weren’t smooth the following day.I did a full powder set on my next visit. I had called in to book an appointment previously and arrived on time. During my nail application, another client came in and my nail tech left me to start the other client. So I waited about 15 minutes for another technician. All in all my nails were fine. A week later, they started lifting which can be quite painful. One came off completely. I decided to just remove everything. So I came and first let the tech know that it’s only been a week since my fresh set and all my nails are lifting off the bed which shouldn’t be the case. She said it was my fault because I’m bending them. I told her I’d never purposely inflict pain on my nails. They should be grown out naturally but they shouldn’t all be lifting from the nail bed. She said for me to take it off she will charge me. I didn’t find that fair considering I was there a week prior and all 9 nails are lifting. The application wasn’t done correctly and there was zero remorseI’m leaving 2 stars because I understand mistakes happen but in no way did the staff try to remedy the situation. If a quick fix means you can retain a lifelong customer, it’s worth it to just fix small mishaps as they come. Still looking for my forever nail shop. If you’re looking for quality work, I wouldn’t recommend galaxy

Had a fanastic experience with my mom. We both got shellac manicure and pedicure. So happy how both our nails turned out. Angel my nail tech was super nice and the owner is soooooo sweet and lovely. Cant wait to come back next time :)

Worst place for anything they offer.The staff is very unprofessional and illiterate.I got infection in my toes after the pedicure they done. They didn't apologize.I'm highly awaring please don't go in this unhygienic place.They are just making people sick. I'm highly awaring don't go in this worst place.

I wish I can give less than 1 star. They hardly speak English. I show them the picture what I want. She said ok and start working on me. Nail polishes were all dry and they start looking for a nail polish to find out which one is not dry. Then she start working on nails. I can do better job at home than paying them. I show her picture again then she said oh we won’t be able to do this. Sorry. Told owner who can speak some English and she said oh the girl is new. We can’t do this design. They start speaking in Chinese and laughing. I am getting nails from years. It’s close to my workplace that’s why I went there to try them but it was the worse experience ever. Do not waste your time and money on this place. I paid but I do not want to go back ever again to this place

Got my nails done with Vina and loved them. I am also VERY picky with what I want. It was my first time ever and I was very happy with the result. I added a photo with my nails freshly done and a photo with them after 3 weeks. Amazing condition and very comfortable. Highly recommend her.

First time here and I enjoyed it! They took me 25 mins before my appointment as I was early. Angel was so friendly, did my bio gel fill carefully but time efficient and made conversation. Love the way it turned out

Worst place i would ever suggest to anyone. Got my pedicure and manicure done recently. My toes are sore and I haven’t been able to move them properly. I have no idea what they did to my toes. I got swelling on my feet the very next day. My hands have little bit pain too. The customer service was not good at all and the technician wasn’t gentle on my hands either.Please please avoid going to this place!!!
