K G & T Septic Service

We had previously used them for a septic inspection and had a pleasant experience. However, today, after being on their wait list for 5 days for snow plowing services, we were told that our quoted rate of $95/hr was increased to $150. We talked to someone at their office every day multiple times a day for updates on our status on the list. No one ever mentioned a price increase until right before they were on the way to us. At that time the owner's wife" (she would not give her name just that she was the owner's wife) who also was the one to inform us of the price increase said they would not honor the quoted price because their equipment broke down and they had to rent a larger piece of equipment that cost them more therefore

Started using this business for portable toilets at construction sites. Would highly recommend. All of our employees and subs say that their portable toilets are very nice and clean. Thank you KG&T Septic!

Had 3/4+ size rock delivered. 1 truck load, great price, paid over the phone. I called & 2 hrs same day they delivered. Quick service! Perfect size rock, it is packing well in the rectangled area I dug out for under an RV shelter where I will live full time in my 5th. Already looking great with plenty more rock to finish, might be extra for small path & outside my trailer door.

Owner agreed to meet with me in regards to doing business twice I drive up to the area from Spokane on both occasions he left 15 minutes before the scheduled time I was supposed to meet him. This was intentional and a giant waste of my time. OWNER doesnt respect other people's time and as such I will be taking my business elsewhere.

These folks do great work! They know what they are doing, they are the best in the county. A couple of times they said they would show up at a certain time and showed up much later than they said they would. That is the only reason I gave them four stars instead of five.

They charge $190 to scope, when you make the appointment they say they will run the scope in the house, once there they will only scope the septic up to the house. Not willing to go inside. So $190 for 10 minutes of time. And Jake was rude the entire time. KC pumped the septic earlier in the day and confirmed they would run the snake inside the house. Very disappointed with their service.

KG and T came out to my house after hours for an emergency sewer back-up. There crew used their jetter, opened up my plug and put camera down to diagnose problem. Fast service, hard working crew and great price! To add they always get to customers in our area when I can’t. Thank you for your dedication to our community from the Turner Family.

I have an off-grid property outside of Bonners Ferry and have used KG&T for a number of projects. The most recent was to bury two cisterns and run 700 feet of water line to gravity feed water to the home I am building. I couldn't believe how much they accomplished in two days of work. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and very efficient. I highly recommend them.

Pleasant over the phone. Showed up on time. Helpful. Did what he (Casey?) needed to do. I will use them again.

KG&T is the ONLY septic company in Sandpoint or Priest River who actually answers the phone and returns phone calls. I can't compare their pricing to any other place, because every other septic business I called wouldn't pick up the phone or return any of my voicemails for quotes. KG&T's technician was right on time, had the job done very quickly, and was very kind and informative. They're the only business I'll be using in the future for anything related to our septic system.
