The Crystal Man

Way over priced. The ‘garage sale’ stuff is still not great prices and most of the pieces worth getting, in there, are cracked or broken. What a waste of gas to get there. No one working there said hi or welcome and had their faces burried in their phones. Would not recommend this place to friends or family.

2nd Edit: I decided to expand since I received a message asking for more information. When I contacted about the overall lacking weight of my order I was told if weight was important I should order elsewhere.Quick math?At a total, I was missing about 6oz of minerals which I had paid for. An average of 1oz per package was missing. On a 6oz order that's honestly a lot.What I would improve:Based on our email exchanges; customer service. Don't be rude with people buying your products. This sours relationships and tarnishes your reputation. If people pay to get what they are told they are getting; they expect to get what they paid for. If this isn't respected, this lacks integrity for your customers. We trust you to hold your end of the bargain and if it isn't respected, as a professional, you should make it right.Result?You're completely right by what you stated by email! I will and did take my business elsewhere.***Edit: I contacted the store. Received a poor customer service experience where when I tried to explain what happened was met with rudeness and an overall attitude of impatience. I will not be returning.

This place is amazing. Well worth the drive from Vernon. They have some great prices and everything is so nice!

THE BEST CRYSTAL SHOP THAT EVER EXISTS!every time i order from TCM has been so pleasant and truly energetically calming. They package their crystals with care, so they dont break while on the journey to their new home! The staff is all knowledgeable about the crystals/fossils in the shop, and truly have a passion for what they sell.I use specimens from the Crystal Man for personal use as well as my business! compliments all around!Truly the best crystal shop i have ever bought from.

My family and I have been to a few other rock shops but none compare to the Crystal Man! The staff is always super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! And they even let my kids in! That right there proves how awesome they are ;) thank you to everyone who works there! Keep up the great job!

A lovely little drive well worth it to get to this gem! Best selection i have personally seen and amazing prices for every budget! My questions are always answered with a smile and i always feel like i left with a great bounty! I highly recommend a visit!

I couldn’t recommend The Crystal Man more! My order arrived 2 days after I placed my order, super well packaged and everything arrived in perfect condition. The crystals are just like the photos. Very happy and will be ordering again!

This place omg.. If you love crystals.. The Crystal Man is a MUST. Myself and my husband have been out four or five times, Awesome staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable, the warehouse sale is the most amazing thing ever, then there’s a garage sale I have broken or damaged items for dirt cheap. I put an order in with the Crystal Man and was impressed with the quality of the items, how well they were packed, and how quickly it was shipped! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for awesome crystals and gems!
