Well made food, in a clean environment. The chicken sandwiches were tasty but might be on the saltier side for some.

I got to the checkout counter and saw a bag of unpleasantries there.The worker said bonjour" with a smile that would make a clown cry.At first

Over priced item, low quality. Hard to find staff for help. The fitting room smell, dirty and still old hangers inside.

The oranged haired kid that workks there was super rude with me, i dont know if she was the manager or smthing bnut what a horrible experience, she was on her phone the whole time chatting with another person that looks like they maybe worked there?? i dont know whats happening to this store but it was a horrible experience, its like a playground there i cant take it seriously and the employees are so rude, never ever going back in there again

Yesterday my friend and I had a terrible experience at this store. Two of the employees (one with red orange hair & one with platinum blonde hair) were harassing us, initially they were talking bad about my friend pointing and laughing at her that’s when they noticed that I saw and then I approached her which only made them laugh it off. They followed us around the whole store, we were on the second floor and they were following us and getting each time closer and closer to us. When we decided to go and pay they followed us all the way down to the cash, while we made our way down they started scream that something was @so cute” but was clearly a way to keep harassing us even until we paid. The one with red hair was on a personal call in the room next to the cash and then provided to show us to her friend as she pointed her phone towards us. This was a horrible, uncomfortable experience and don’t wish this for anybody entering this store, therefore just be aware of harassing type behaviors.

Very clean and organized; the location is not as highly trafficked as others, so that does make a huge difference.

I discovered urban for myself in Europe first and I felt disappointed after visiting this one. The staff is not that 'present' or friendly, there's no vintage section, dirty changing rooms ,and I'd rather order from the online uo (they have more options there and overall more interesting things)

Amazing selection, friendly staff, and a great store layout! I always have fun when I come here. Also a lot of unique finds.

I had a very good experience there. Lily helped me find what I was looking for, she did a great job.
