I have had dealings with the service department in the past and they were great. I bought a truck and this time around there were some initial issues with the paperwork but Alex the general manager sorted it out with ease and smoothed everything out quickly. I left as a happy customer.Shout out to Bill who is a true gentleman and a credit to his trade. In a town full of used car dealer crooks, you folks maintain your reputation as standing apart. Keep it up.

The worst dealership I've ever had to deal with. I made an appointment to get a warranty issue fixed. They looked my vehicle over and agreed with the issue, and said we will order the part and call you as to when it will be in and set an appointment. This is already 3 weeks ago and no call. I tried calling several times and no answer. Once l finally got through there voice mail was full. I called again and got sent to another person and left a message, and again a week later and no call.I will mention l did not buy the vehicle there, so wondering if they are just not Interested in my business. They do get paid no matter who's vehicle they work on.The 401 group which owns this company should be embarrassed on how there employees are handling there of town customers.This for sure, is l will never return and definitely won't send anyone l know looking for a vehicle there.

Bill was excellent to deal with. He goes the extra mile to make sure your car buying or leasing experience is a great one. He makes sure you understand all about your car now and in the future.The service department is excellent. They work hard to make the service of your car is a pleasant one, suggesting repairs that are reasonable abs as economical as can be.The downside is sometimes the call answering service lets you down—just call back speak directly to staff at Pembroke Honda, they are excellent!

My husband and I have worked alongside Bill in leasing 5 or so Honda Civics. We cannot imagine driving any other car than a Honda! We’ve always felt safe and confident in the ability of the Civic to handle all road conditions. We can not say enough about Bill. Was looking online for a new vehicle. Walked in on a Monday afternoon automatically got offered to bring a 2023 crv sport for a test drive. The salesperson (Bill) was well informed about the vehicle. The next day I was filling out the paper work. The day after I was signing for the vehicle. Saturday was delivery day. No issues at all. Kinda sad that I didn't get something to put my car ownership papers in. Overall great experience.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Damian Sproule at the Honda dealership and he was a true professional. From the moment I walked in, Damian made us feel welcome and worked hard to find the perfect car for us, even though it took us five months to finally get the vehicle. The times we live in.We were trying to decide between three SUV's and without pressuring you showed us why the CRV stands out better than the rest.Throughout the process, Damian was always available to answer our calls and address any questions or concerns we had.
