I have never had a worse experience since this morning. I understand the rules and regulations of keys. Unfortunately this morning my husband forgot to give me the key, this morning was the only time I could get mail before we leave early for Italy tomorrow am at 6. Not only was she not understanding but was also very rude. Out of frustration I did curse under my breath twice. Not towards her or anything simply out of frustration. She was not only overly offended but was aggressively rude about my situation.I have never ever in my decade of living in herbert have I ever had an issue let alone being talked down to. Customer service is number one.
