To be honest, I had an awful experience with the online system. They sent me the wrong item three times before I called it quits with them. I went into the store and briefly explained what happened. The girl at the counter was super quick to sympathize and fix the problem for me. Her customer service skills were awesome. I forgot to get her name but she was fantastic and is the only reason I will consider making future purchases with this company!

I had my Jersey Personalized here(it was a great Christmas gift) I was told it would take 4-6 weeks(which I was fine with).To my surprise I received a phone call in a week and it was ready. I went in to pick up my Jersey and the Staff helped me right away! Great service and great store! Highly recommended!

I was told u was getting a certain skate got them baked and sharpned then go to the cashier to find out its not the same and its $180 more. then the person lied and said they told me they did tell me about the price difference. Wow...they just lost a customer for life and the Manager" offers me 20% off for i guess my own mistake

Best selection, prices are in line with market average, helpful and knowledgeable staff.Allowed me to return and exchange a couple items eventhough the tags were removed by kids without question.

Alexis was extremely professional, knowledgeable, accommodating and went above and beyond for me. After an issue with my original fitting with another associate (during a very busy day) Alexis resolved the issue and I now feel comfortable in my skates! Buy with confidence at this location

My daughter's skate blade broke in half so her mother brought them in to get new blades. Ofcourse, they don't have stock but I can order them online but it would be over a week. Since she has games/ practices all week, that wasn't an option. New skates it is!After buying new skates and blades for them ( why they are not sold together is beyond me ) baking, and sharpening the total was around $800.Her mother brought her to practice tonight and wouldn't you know it, the skates are not sharpened properly. And now she misses a practice because of it. This is the second time I have bought new skates from here and this happened. Yes, we should have check to make sure the skates were sharpened before leaving, but c'mon really? This is your job...Being one of the only places to buy hockey equipment ( since National Sports closed ) this is sad! You guys should really step up your game...

Interesting experience with an overall happy ending.Long story short I brought my skates in to the Whitby location to be profiled with fairly new Pulse ti blades.Something went wrong and a ton of extra steel was removed and the blades were no longer the same height which made skating interesting to say the least.I brought them back the next day expecting to have to go male Karen looking for a remedy.The lads at the pro shop laughed at the condition of my blades and instantly offered to replace them with new runners and properly profile them and sharpen them. Though I would have preferred to have them done correctly the first time to not have to waste time going back I truly appreciate them identifying their mistake and volunteering to make it right. The customer service was excellent. Thank you.

I recently had my skates sharpened at PHL in Whitby. Last week, my skates needed a little extra and the automated machine couldn't quite handle it. Vic was able to fix the issue, and I left happy. Thank you, Vic. I'll make sure I see you every time!!

Absolutely horrible customer service. My son went in this afternoon to buy a new hockey stick. His favourite stick had just been discontinued and he was looking for a new one. The staff did not offer any help, they were all standing together in a clump talking, he felt very uncomfortable approaching them. He tried a few sticks then 1 staff member said, “dude you’ve already tried out 4 sticks, this is the last one I’m getting for you”. My son ended up buying the last stick but he did not get the advice or help he needed. The concept is very cool but unfortunately I can not recommend, the staff are unhelpful and would rather talk amongst themselves.
