Buffalo Airport Limo

Going for a holiday couldn't have been better and more comfortable. Buffalo Airport Limo was great and very professional with their services. Picked us up on time and dropped us safely to the airport. Return was safe and pleasant as well. I will most definitely be using this Limo service again for my future trips. We had no waiting time and I highly recommend the company. My First experience was amazing . Thanks!!

They were very professional with their services. I was picked up promptly from the airport and had a safe way to my place. car was clean and was smelling good too. Driver was quite soft spoken and polite too. over all it was super comfortable travel and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Offensive and discriminatory. I have traveled extensively and have never experienced the issues I have with Buffalo Airport Limo.I am outraged after being denied services due to my disability requirements. Driver refused services that were already booked and paid for, even after showing documentation (which is not a requirement) and explaining the law and my needs. After almost a hour of speaking with the driver, dispatch told us their solution would be to send another driver would work arrive 4 hours later. This is unacceptable. Neither provided any compliant or reasonable excuse to deny services. Thankfully, we managed to find a local taxi driver instead, who was wonderful, so we could get back to our kids in time.This company and its employees should be ashamed of themselves for the discrimination and hurt they have caused. They must be compliant with ADA regulations and their individual requirements for doing business within their field for the general public.I would never recommend using or supporting this company.

Just had the most horrible experience with this company. Arranged for and prepaid for a limo from buffalo to toronto. Service was refused when we came to the car because my partner was dependent on a service animal. This is discriminatory and against the ADA laws in the US. Strongly advise against using this limo service. Poor customer service. Just adding context from their response. We were not traveling with a pet. It was a service animal that is required for travel and fully documented as such. She has flown over 150 flights as a service animal. This company’s response is disgusting and have submitted a formal ADA complaint with the Buffalo Airport.

My flight to Toronto was canceled and I had to fly into Buffalo Airport. Called Buffalo Airport Limo and I was on my way to Canada in no time. Very professional booking agent who was able to arrange my ride at the last minute, that too at midnight.

Driver was on time, very friendly and accommodating, water and car seat on board. The car was bigger than expected, the drive was smooth and relaxing! Would highly recommend and look forward to using the service again
