They were suppose to repair my chainsaw. They started by gouging me for a carb almost 60% more than it cost on any other retailer. Than when i went to pick it up they tried to have me pay 250 dollars, which by all means i could get a NEW stihl. Worst experience with a retailer to date.

I had a problem with my weed eater. I called them and they ordered the part. When I went in to the shop, I asked them if it was possible for them to repair the spark plug assembly, and change the plug. The service was quick and they check out the machine and fixed other small issues. They repaired it. Thank you so much for the fantastic service.

I dropped a star for the somewhat privacy invasive tracking policy. Some of us are uncomfortable with that stuff. I guess the bigger a business is, the more politically correct they must be. That said, Mark at the parts counter gets 6 stars for being 100% accurate on every order I've made and for being hands-down the most helpful parts person I've ever encountered. I hope he's appreciated for his efforts.
