This is not a physical store - they show a photo of a store but it is not real. They want you to come to their house in cottage country to see the clothes. Not for me!

I live a couple hours away and ended up trying the “fitting room” option as travelling can be difficult right now. Natalie was incredible to work with; she helped me find appropriate sizing, additional options and was extremely accommodating when I needed to try a different size in the dress I had selected. She took the stress away from online ordering and helped to make this a truly wonderful experience. I cannot recommend Luna Maternity enough.

Customer service is fantastic! I ordered a dress that didn't fit properly. Natalie was very friendly and helpful and exchanging was no problem at all. My order arrived quickly and was even accompanied by a sweet note from the owner. I would definitely order from them again.

After ordering from somewhere else and being horribly disappointed and a bit out of time for an event, I am so fortunate to have found Luna!! I ended up buying 4 potential dresses due to the time crunch (I had 1 week before the event) and got to try them all out in the comfort of home and make a choice (the changeroom upgrade is fantastic)! I ended up keeping two of the dresses I felt the best in :) Natalie was super helpful and great with communicating via email. If you have any sizing questions she can help guide you in choosing the right size. The shipping was quick, and the return was no hassle. Its really had to find properly fitting maternity stuff, especially special occasion dresses that make you feel amazing, and it's really hit and miss buying online, but I would definitely recommend buying from Luna, you won't be disappointed!!!
