We had dealings with this company and they were not good at all. They don't seem to have any customer or business ethics at all. If you going to hire any services with this company its your choice but I would be extremely careful and in our opinion there are a top better companies to deal with in Edmonton.

Rather not share due to lack of efforts.

Initially Brian was very helpful and things seem great. As time went on there were a lot of delays and communication started to drop off. At the end it took months to get little things finished. Now my fence hasn’t been completed and Brian refuses to answer calls. When I do get through to him he promises to be by in a day but he doesn’t show up and then blocks my calls again. I would not recommend this company as they put on a good face but don’t follow through.

Brian and his team were very professional and did a great job creating my vision for my backyard. They worked quickly and efficiently and I was very pleased with the result. Highly recommend.

My husband and I undertook a major outdoor project last year, including retaining walls, patios, deck and multiple flower and plant beds. We reached out to and met with several companies and ended up selecting Pentagon for the hardscape work. Our experience was excellent all the way through. It took a long time, but that was the result of a very wet summer. Brian was able to explain what the best choices of product, design and engineering would be to ensure excellent water dispersal and drainage to help ensure our house and foundation were well protected.He and his team were friendly, professional and explained what they were doing and why. When it came to the product he recommended and that we chose, Techo-Bloc, he and team were very knowledgeable about the product and the result is both stunning to look at and very durable for the application. There is over 100’ of retaining wall that is over 5 feet high in places. Pentagon regraded and installed drainage to a nearby marsh to ensure that water would no longer be a risk to our foundation. We are of the belief that this installation will last for many years to come and having gone through a winter, was extremely easy to maintain which was an important factor for us.Pentagon was also able to meet additional requests we had (I added 3 flower and rock beds) to the plan going so far as to drive to Quebec to pick up the additional required materials when shipping wasn’t an option. They did this all with very little increase to the original budget which we felt was already more than reasonable for the work involved.We did note the google reviews that discussed lack of communication and were upfront when we met with Brian. We did not experience any issues with communication or responsiveness and in fact, Pentagon even gifted us with some landscape lighting due to the length of time it took, even though the delays were due to weather and completely out of their control.We will use Pentagon for any future projects that we take on and are happy to provide anyone who is considering using them with a reference and/or pictures of what they were able to provide us.
