I had a very helpful sales lady named Zara. Very kind and knowledgeable

My husband bought me an engagement ring from there and when the main diamond fell out they gave me a brand new ring for free no questions asked and it's been perfect ever scince.

Put 2 items on Layaway on Boxing day, I take posession of 1/2 items yesterday (V day) and then find out hours later when I am looking at the reciept that layaways are non-returnable. After 3 encounters with staff NO ONE told me this and my first reciept was hand written so it never had the terms/conditions written on the reciept. No resolution other then exchange from store manager. Feel VERY deceived and taken advantage of. Make your own decisions but I DO NOT RECOMMEND buying from here.Update: In the end they did meet me half way and refunded half my purchase and allowed me to move the money I had set aside as layaway to be used towards another item. Added one star for the customer service I received through facebook.

Very disappointed. Ordered a mens ring. Had my husband get sized for it at the store. Was told when it would arrive and that we would receive a call. We did not receive a call and the ring was in AND it was not the size we ordered. The only thing the saleswoman said was...I ordered the requested size and this is all they could send me. " Why would I want to buy a ring that doesn't fit? I feel that she should have called to say they didn't have his size. Better yet she should have been able to check availability when ordered. My husband wss looking forward to that ring and I ended up getting a refund. Will not be dealing with this store nor recommending it to anyone."

They don’t let you get your money back on a layaway but never tell you that in the first place. Very annoying. staff seems to like to take advantage of teenagers by not stating all the facts. I don’t recommend buying anything here

Poor quality. Necklace pendant broke within in a month. Manager was extremely rude and just blamed me for wearing it daily.. save your money money people don’t go here

Salespeople are very friendly and helpful. They understood my style and looked for rings to match it. This, believe it or not, was one of the few jewelry stores in Thunder Bay that had salespeople who did that vs trying to sell me their more expensive pieces that I did not like. They never criticized other stores in an attempt to look better. My engagement ring did develop a crack between the transition from rose gold to platinum. I brought it in for repairs and due to COVID the store closed 3 days later. I thought this would mean it would be weeks after store reopening to receive it again but I got a call 2 days after reopening and my ring was back! My ring has been in great condition since!

Bought a ring, the diamonds and main emerald all fell outwithin the first two months, i brought it back and they sent it away to be fixed, when i got it back, the stone is a different color. Do not buy here. Cheap jewelry, thats over priced, never again.
