We found their prices to be good and their sales department was good. The crew that delivered the swim spa was good. We have purchased twice from them…. Once was a hot tub and the last was a swim spa. Both times their service after the sale is what has been so very disappointing. Very sad because we gave them a lot of money so you’d think that they would want to take care of their customers to ensure they come back.

Everyone that I came in contact with at Warehouse Guys were very professional and helpful. Jamie who we first met had all the answers to the questions we had about their above ground pools.Nigel and his crew were amazing and he had our new above ground pool installed in June as promised. They worked around the weather and I was very impressed.I highly recommend Warehouse Guys to install your pool.

Tim and Cindy made the purchasing process very easy. The delivery crew they sent was immensely helpful since some things had to be taken down/rearranged in order to get the hot tub into the backyard. They did that all on their own, as I had to be out of town last minute and my wife was the only home at the time of delivery. The electrical crew they recommended was also very helpful and easy to deal with. Overall, the entire process was quite stress free. Also, their prices were the lowest of all the places we checked out. We are loving our hot tub and getting much use out of it. Thanks Warehouse Guys :)

Warehouse Guys is a five star company, hands down. From inquiry to first splash, the entire process was nothing short of spectacular.We dealt with Nigel who you’d think owns the company (he does not) as he operates with such professionalism and integrity, mindful of every detail, never over-promising. He handled our pool project like a boss.I presented to him a design I drafted up, and while his job was simply to put in a pool, he guided me on each step required to coordinate all the other moving parts to make everything gel together.Even with my barrage of questions and often times undecided on trivial things, he never once appreared frustrated. You get a sense he just loves this stuff and knows it very well.In an industry plagued with nightmare stories and pool projects gone wrong, these guys have found a way to navigate the intricacies of complex installations to run smoothly. Kinda like the flying first class of pool installations.Thank you Warehouse Guys and especially Nigel for a job perfectly done 100% to my design without even a hiccup or flaw!!

We just purchased a new hot tub (Dynasty Santiago) through Tim @ Warehouse Guys. He was extremely knowledgeable on what tubs to recommend for our use, and space - and what dimensions were required to fit it into our deck. The installation team did a great job of tucking the tub into a very difficult dropped in space. Unfortunately we got unlucky and there was a manufacturing defect in one of the waterlines; within an hour of letting them know the Owner (Chris) called me to setup the repair - and we were lucky enough to have it fixed within 24 hours (this all happened over the weekend too!) They truly care about customers after they make the sale! Highly recommend!

Bryan was fantastic today !!!!My two year old hot tub sprung a leak.I removed the two side panels and easily located the the issue as per his instructions it was an easy fix as a small right angle connection had broken. My wife and I drove to the store and Bryan replaced the part no hassles.Thanks Bryan

Warehouse Guys builds very high quality pools in and around London. The prices are reasonable and Guy knows everything there is to know about pools. I've been working for them on the pool construction side for a few years and now I install pool liners for them

You can feel you do not deserve the 1 star rating however this is my judgement of service of my experience.You are correct you will not find our name listed as we walked in were poorly greated by two of you associates who just there and looked and only said Hi after we initiated but did not offer any assistance but ya go take a look" after we said we were looking for hot tubs. Your on floor sales guy was his so we thought we would stick around and see jow things progressed.....We have never been treated so poorly be a salesperson. Very argumentative when i asked a question and very compative. It made the decision easy to not spend the 20k plus at your location and our new upgraded hot tub was paid for in cash and installed last weekend."
