When I first met Dr Narang, I’ve been looking for the past 5 years to make a drastic change to my smile. I wasn’t happy with my removable front teeth bridge.I saw and requested a quote from at least 4 different dentists before going to Smile by Design.I needed to feel comfortable and secure. I was so nervous.Right away, he made me feel at ease, he explained in details each procedure. I could tell he was very knowledgeable and I haven’t been disappointed in that aspect.I have a new smile, very happy with the results. As always Dr Narang, Dr V and Marilyn good care of my sons teeth and mine. Sandra and KELLY at the front desk helped out a lot with some of the administrative stuff I needed to do.Been a 20 year fan of the practice and will continue to do so.

Didn't like my experience at this place. I was confused! is this a dentist in front of me or he is used car salesman. He charged me $150 for a consultation, after going to this place I went to two different dental clinics and they didn't charge me anything to look at my teeth and x-ray and to tell me what is the best thing needs to be done on my teeth. Moreover the Asian girl Who did my x-ray was really unprofessional and rude. And guys please don't be cheap and keep your AC on in summer.

Everyone I have encountered on the administrative side is patient and approachable — they are willing to explain charges and make space for your next appointment. Dr. Arun is the gentlest, most thorough dentist I have ever been to. I was nervous to go back to the dentist and Dr. Arun erased all my fear — he explained each procedure, discussed my oral health in a way I could understand, and ensured my procedure was pain-free and comfortable. I felt respected and informed every step of the way. Dr. Arun and his staff are professionals with lots of empathy, making sure I felt safe throughout the entire process. Had a great visit at Dr.Arun Narang’s clinic today. Got some filling work done and met a new hygienist, Adam Cox, who cleaned my teeth! He’s professional, gentle, and very patient. Highly recommend!
