Amazing service and work. They fixed my suit that a previous cleaner messed up. All stains on my white dress shirts were also removed seamlessly.

The owner was super kind and professional !! I went in to have a wallet fixed and they were extremely knowledgeable and kind! It was a quick and easy fix and I am beyond happy. It is very evident that this business values their customers and is passionate about providing an excellent service. Brought many of my suits to them over the years but a recent event made me pick up my phone and write a review. Brought one of my suits to them that I haven't worn in a while and completely forgot cash inside the blazer. I would of never remembered that I lefted cash inside but the suit came back perfect and i was surprised with an envelope of cash to! They also got the yellow stains out of my dress shirts. I was ready to throw them out but they came back like new. Best 2$ I've spent in a while.

We are from Ottawa and we are here in Montreal for a soccer tournament. My son played one game and has another one 3 hours later. The rain was pouring during his first game and his soccer uniform was all wet. After the game, We found on Google Nettoyeur Kirkland and went there because to dry his clothes. Their customer service was impressive, communication was clear, the agent took notes of our name and phone number. 30 minutes later (right when they offered to pick the clothes) the clothes were all dried and folded, the jackets were all hanging and in a proper bag. Thanks to this, my son has dry clothes and is ready for his next game and most importantly we will avoid a cold. We will definitely come back and recommend Nettoyeur Kirkland again :)

(UPDATE) The owner called me, was super sweet, apologised and offered to rectify the situation. Amazing customer service!I had called the day before to ask how long it would take for them to wash my things (because I was a bit in a hurry). The owner was super nice and friendly and said that if I brought my things early the next day, they would get it done ASAP.I brought my suit and 2 shirts. They got them done early as promised, but to my surprise, one of the shirts, had a big yellow stain on the wrist (see picture). Thank God I had another shirt I could wear the suit with.Maybe it's just a mistake or because they did it quick, but it was a disappointing first time. :/
