BMO Bank of Montreal

This is the first time I got the mortgage by BMO Milton & Leena Sandilya was my mortgage and personal banker, she is extremely professional and knowledgeable.They treat clients like people, not just an account number.I’m hoping on being a lifelong customer with BMO. If you’re looking for a bank you can trust, I’d highly recommend going to them. I’m so glad that I made the right choice to give my business to the right person and the right branch. In my short time dealing with them they were very professional, pleasant and very helpful.

Very good atmosphere and ambience. Staffs are warm welcoming. Had a personal loan appointment with ‘ Courtney Gibson’. She don't know what she doing. It took her one week to prepare the draft. She never attend her work phone and never gives you a call back. Hopefully she will get proper training and that will make her understand how to talk and communicate with people politely and with respect. She don't own BMO.

Great experience! I came in yesterday with no idea of how to change my account details, etc. But the teller working there she was so helpful and nice answering all my question with patience and she was very soft spoken it ended up taking less than 3 minutes. Juveriya Ajmeri was a phenomenal help she was the teller who helped me throughout the process. If you’re worried about having trouble with your accounts, or just need to deposit something, there’s no need to worry because their service is amazing.

I have been dealing with a complex Estate settlement with the help of Courtney Gibson at the Milton Mall branch. Courtney has provided exceptional service throughout the process. If Courtney did not have an immediate answer, she could rely on great support from her co-workers at the branch. The experience has been well beyond what I was expecting when I started. Thank-you to Courtney and the staff at the branch. I will definitely be back for future financial needs.

Bank Manager was just so unhelpful, so not comforting and I felt as if he could care less about my problems. I came in so distraught and confused about what I had just been through at the hand of scammers and was taken aback by just how much he lacked any kind of customer service skills at all, I mean even basic training at any job even McDonald's teaches you to at least try, even pretend, to care at what your customer is upset about and take time to at least try to help, even if it IS hopeless, my God man. You really made me feel just like when I first started at BMO, you reminded me why I almost left in the first 6 months I came to your bank because I was so appalled by the lack of customer service and support, even just basic kindness of the staff I had seemed to always have the luck of encountering. However something happened and later that year things got alot better with a few really good members of your staff, which is why I stayed. Thankfully the ASSISTANT BANK manager Ryan listened, and as always did everything within his power to make sure I knew I was heard and that I knew that my problem was important to me and my life and therefore was for him a priority to him at that moment and even if it wasnt the outcome I so desperately needed, it would still be the best outcome he could possibly do because he cared enough to try. THATS customer service and even though I'm a little nothing customer, that makes your company not a lick of money I was treated like a millionaire and hes why I stay. You dont know how small my life is and what happens when I leave your bank and that's why it's small things like those that are important to people like me. So thanks for hiring Ryan, and staff like him.

I appreciate all the staff of BMO Milton Mall Branch in general and Julie Spencer in particular. I look forward to many years banking with BMO only because of her.Julie is not just an amazing banker, but she is personable, knowledgeable and a dedicated staff as well. I am very impressed by her sense of duty of care, customer relationship and hard work.I will always have her as my Personal Banker due to her expert and client centric legendary financial advise.

The bank teller was extremely nice and easy to talk with. She along with the manager went above and beyond to help me with a problem I had. They also refunded some of the fees surrounding the problem I had. All around great people and great experience!

Julie Spencer is fantastic for opening Business Accounts. Not only is she knowledgeable, but she's also very charming. I will continue to bank with BMO for my business needs, thanks to her.

Why are there so many stations open when there are only 2 people available to help? Gotta wait at least 2 hours to be served. Also the old people here are weird and creepy. Stop sending the automated responses to these reviews and own up to your mistakes.
