The Rise Golf Course

Beautiful golf course, I have play many courses and this is one of the best.The customers service was excellent, started with the person meeting you in the parking lot and driving to club house. To staff selling beer sitting on the deck after.The golf cart were very clean, cold water and ice waiting for us. We will definitely be coming back next year. Thank you for the great day.

This was an extremely fun and breathtaking course! We had so so much fun playing here. There were lots of blind shots which were very challenging due to the weather. We had some fog, but it was still a super fun time! The views of the lake were outstanding! They are still currently building the clubhouse but the half way house was perfect for a snack after the round.

Difficult course with lots of blind shots. Found it very frustrating to have our golf cart keep telling us that we’re 12 minutes behind?? We’re in 2 group’s with 8 golfers with an 8-12 handicap range and we really never fall behind. As I myself was extremely thrown off my game as our group tried to continually pick up the pace until we realized we’re directly on the heels of the group in front of us??? Maybe just send that note out to the group that is slow and not ruin other golfers games.Spectacular views, course is in great shape.

A really great golf course right on top of the ridge. They did a great job of fitting the course to the natural features. Plays well for those who can control their shots and distance. Greens were in great shape (just wish more people would repair their ball marks). Not much in the way of facilities, so be prepared for just the golf. Definately a return visit in the future.

Best views in the Valley! I love this course and the people that work there. When the club house is complete, it will be a destination all golfers need to see and play

the course is beautiful but some of the workers are extremely pretentious and act as if they work at Augusta, ruining the overall experience. Considering this is still a public course that any beginner can play at they should probably take it down a notch, specifically Dale the marshall. who is aggressive and rude. From the moment we tee'd off he was not friendly in the slightest and bluntly exclaimed that permission was denied" for our group to play from the tips because our buddys handicap was a 7. I understand they don't want beginners playing from the tips holding up play

$120 a round. Decent course. Greens where long and not rolled. Fringe was long and not maintained. Bunkers were terrible with little sand. Seems pretty expensive for a course that's not 100% maintained. Course is okay couple little weird holes. Great views.

Update april 21/23Great early season conditions, get out and play. Greens are rolling very nicely. Delicious new sandwiches at the turn.Update may 5/22ok so spent some time playing here and other local courses, we have decided..... the Rise is the place for us, to play lots. After a few rounds we are getting used to the layout and enjoying the views and challenges. Even fun in clouds.....Original review from last fallTough front nine. Need someone that has been here before to lead the way. Back nine much more playable for the first time out. After 3 or 4 rounds you will know your way around this very challenging course. Not for brand new golfers unless you want them to be frustrated. GREAT cheeseburgers at the turn and cart on the course for refreshments. A test for any golfer.

Well maintained course but still needs to finish development. No clubhouse or restaurant but has decent facilities on site and a well stocked cart. Overall a shorter course but big elevation changes can make target shooting difficult. If you're shooting well you can likely score well here. Beautiful views make it worth the price of admission alone.
