This place is great! Fast and convenient, I can drive right to the door, drop a couple bags in the express bin, and be done my recycling in under 10 seconds.

After reading all the negative reviews I decided to count my bag. Seems the reviews were right, got far less then what I returned. How can this location keep getting away with this...I wont be back will go to the one on Cedarbridge Way

The staff, the guy that wear glass is rude Place is dirty. Just go to the return it near ironwood mall..staffs are much better over there

Return-It Express option (drop off system) --> be aware that this location will only credit your account 5 cents instead of 10 cents for every beer can in your bag. Individual Return-It Express locations can set their own deposit return prices when on beer cans. Not sure why that's the case but very sneaky business practice as this is not mentioned anywhere on the return-it.ca website.When searching for express location on their site's map, it should be clearly labeled in the location info as to what price they've set their beer cans returns at. Ironwood location credits 8 cents for every beer can.

I went to this depot on Sunday August 28 to obtain several large plastic bags they regularly give out so I could sort my very large quantity of plastic bottles. I wanted to take them to my house to sort all the bottles in my driveway, away from all the people sorting outside the depot on the walkway . The man there laughed at my request and said he would charge me for the bags and that I had to bring all my bottles in and sort them outside. What a joke. I contacted the other depot in Richmond and the man there said, No problem

For a bottle depot it's all you need unless you need lots of space. It is on the smaller size. Able to accommodate average house hold returns. It wouldn't be the best option for any large or multiple bags, sized returns.

So it’s closed today on a Sunday and they posted a note saying they don’t accept bottles anymore. That’s inconvenient. And I brought all my bottles today. I hope they update their website so that people don’t waste their time making the trip.

The Korean guy inside always try to miscount the number of bottles. We realized this and we put 30 in a basket and he said 11 to the cashier lol. We can receive at least $40 in other bottle depot store but we only get $17.5 here. Please don’t go for your own happiness.
