From the time I called to get a quote to the time the repair was done and they walked us through the old parts and issues, it felt great to have a new contact for a reliable mechanic. Their service is so amazing. I travelled into Calgary to get them to do my auto repair. All done in one afternoon. Could not be better. I have been here before and everything was looked after so well.

I was looking for reliable mechanics to fix engine oil leaking issue and a few of my friends recommended knibbe to me. Just like my friends said, they are very knowledgable,exccellent customer sevice, fair priced. They diagnosed the issues quickly and accurately. They fixed the leaking on time for the price quoted and walked me though the oldparts and issues. Very professional and trustworthy, highly recommend.

I am reasonably handy and capable of doing basic maintenance. I periodically need a shop do do mechanical work that I am incapable of, don't feel like doing myself, or don't have time for. I want a shop that I can trust for quality , honest work. I have found that shop with Knibbe. This place is amazing. I had a vehicle that broke down and I felt like the first mechanic lied to me but I was wrong because I sent my vehicle over to this place and they told me the exact same thing but also took off $500. I was so grateful with the honesty that these people have shown me the integrity that they uphold that I would be willing to bring my vehicles all the way from Edmonton to have it serviced by this automotive repair shop. Originally I had some issues with my truck engine light coming on and staying light on my dash. It had been originally looked at by another automotive shop, but really nothing was done to solve the issue besides just resetting the computer that would actually come on again even before I left the other shop.I ended up reading a post on Reddit that gave rave reviews to Knibbe Automotive and I ended up scheduling an appointment. Joe the shop manager was very helpful and I was able to get my truck in to get diagnosed to find out the issue.Knibbe Automotive was able to explain the engine light issue and was able to fix the problem (which was a sensor that needed replacing). I felt very well treated and thought that the price was fair for the work done.Overall I was very satisfied and now have a good mechanic shop to take my vehicle for future servicing. Thanks again, to Joe and his crew!

Just sropped in at Knibbe. Big thanks to JB for taking a quick look at my sons truck to diagnose a “whir” coming from the engine bay. A quick top up to the power steering pump fluid and he’s off and running.

Service was much appreciated. Honest company and employees with integrity! I would recommend everyone using his service for any car issue! pricing is fair and don't had the feeling (couple times I have been here) that I got ripped off! Best in the city!!!

Performed an axle with rubber boots on both ends (CV axle) replacement. Work carried out 100% to my satisfaction and priced reasonable for job. I totally recommend Knibbe for all my/your automobile service and repairs, great guys and shop.
